the pool was the best hotel pool i have been too in a long time

breakfast was not up to expectations. they were no microwave ovens in the rooms.

good breakfast. location worked out great for us. enjoed the kansas star casino.

they need a variety of kids cereals

i only chose this hotel because of the pool for my kids, so that was a big let down, but they managed to rally and play in it for a while

could hav had a better breakfast selection!

the hotel doesn't provide anything for your kitchen, so you'll have to bring your own pots, pans, dish soap, sponge, kitchen towels, utensils

the availability of a smoking room with two beds and a kitchenette is a huge plus

was close to the airport and had a courtesy airport shuttle

another 5 hours back to the same hotel to sleep and had an 8 hour drive to get myself and my kids back home to texas

clean sheets in the shower curtain to which paula replied no as the person before her did not do laundry

to pay a fee to leave vehicle in parking lot and when we checked in and asked about a shuttle the lady desk clerk said nothing about a fee so that was

courtesy shuttle to/from the airport was convenient, and hotel staff were friendly and efficient

some hotels frown upon a bunch of kids being in a place all at once because of the noise

breakfast and location were perfect for me

service happy hours is not friendly she is not nice with asian gym room not many equipments as the start of the

breakfast selection is great as is the evening kickoff/happy hour

room with partial kitchen, instead received a handicap accessible room, when asked front desk for a switch could not

that the room fits my family of 6 in it comfortably and i don’t feel grossed out having my kids in there

staff were sweet, great dog treats, loved the salt pool

can’t say i didn’t like it, but the indoor pool area has such a strong chlorine odor it almost hurts your eyes

enjoyed everything about my stay i enjoyed breakfast, the gym and the hotel overall
