would have enjoyed more woods etc for kids to explore

you’re traveling with your fur kids, they’re probably ready for a fenced area where they can run

great location!! cozy home!! kids loved it!!

quaint rooms, very clean and comfortable, great range of garden games and activities for the kids

got in at 11:30 with check in usually 3pm they had a room available and i was able to do an early check in and

showers had hot water and good pressure, laundry was available on site for a small fee, rooms were simple and clean with laminate floors,

i was meeting several friends up the street for breakfast

beaing on vacation i refuse to wake up and drag my kids out before 9am to eat

complimentary coffee and breakfast

enough blankets no beverages available for children with the free breakfast, apple or orange juice, milk,

they have laundry but it takes at minimum two cycles to dry one load

parking was a breeze

we would liked to have eaten on the patio. a few more umbrellas at the pool.

was a little glitch with our room service order

scenic property, easy access parking and room

ramp from lobby to first floor needed. hand rails for spa tub needed.

was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and now we're hooked

continental breakfast was adequate to start our day of hiking

breakfast was good and nice variety

we got early check in

i like that it’s adults and it only has four bedrooms.

the free breakfast was just ok but it wasn’t a problem to go elsewhere to eat.

wish pool was open but, do to the worlds current virus problem it's more then understandable and very

our room was very close to the pool which the kids loved

pool was cleaned every day 5 min to luray tavern and centrally located no more then 10 min from

god awful smell and leaking water under the kitchen.
