my first room was smokey even though a non-smoke room no wifi

i argued with the staff to get a non smoking room and she said it was booking

the location is really good- close to laundry facilities, an excellent diner across the street, and a donut

the chef in the kitchen was great

pool was great for young kids

was told pet friendly but went to get coffee with my emotional support animal and then was rudely denied and

impressed with donna, she was personable, hard working, and always went above and beyond at the bar area for us

booked this hotel for the indoor pool and it was well worth it

not enough parking

were disappointed to learn upon checkin that the indoor pool was not available during our stay

the pool and restaurant was closed. i was not given advance notice about this situation.
