the room service cleanup was great -they we right on top of it which we appreciated

reasonably well maintained and offers most most amenities a business traveller could ask for, gym included

very close to the train station, whole foods, five guys, and the sharks arena with easy parking and a hot shower

bed covers had cigarette burns but the room was non smoking

charged an extra $3 for wifi and then gave us the wrong password not once but 3 times

smells like cigarettes even though i had a non-smoking room
