my purse and bags out the room instead of charging me $20 but i'm a member and requested for a late check out and 2 females came in my room fought me and my babe police came pressing charges and

thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed

tv did not work all weekend especially inconvenient traveling with kids

left within a hour of checking in to find a better place for my kids

staff was not always at the front desk when needed they would be in the laundry room speaking to other staff

fantastic location, close to lrt / food / bars. great breakfast.

i liked everything was close to where i needed to be had a pool for the kids!

the coffee bar could use improvement though as the standard dispenser barely has room for the cups

also the football and baseball stadium and casino

happy that there was plenty of breakfast seating, and that the pool wasn't overchlorinated

there was no room service available & the restaurant was closed due to covid
