the pool area was serene

the location is great. there was a bar in the lobby. the gym was very nice.

missed not having a buffet for breakfast

was unable to take the time for breakfast

wifi didn t work. not a great area of town

the wifi was incredibly slow

also like having various eating options just across the parking

room the service the breakfast and most of all that my dogs were able to stay for a decent price too

ac sounded like it was dying. very loud all night long. tv didn't work. wifi didn't work.

had a full kitchen and laundry facilities

didn't feel safe in parking lot at night

appreciated the on-site laundry facility

was charged $70 for a 1 night pet fee which was totally ridiculous

room could be cleaner - the but: no cutlery, no dishes, no pots or pans in an apartment with kitchenette

the pool was open 5am to 10pm

beautiful property, great staff, nice gym and pool, beds amazing, perfect location.

nice indoor/outdoor pool. close to lots of shopping - restaurant.

since the only seating was in the shallow end the kids playing bother the adults who needed to stay on the

spa was closed about half the time we wanted to use it.

the spa and pool were both closed : ( the ac was also very sad as it didn't blow very cold air even

front desk attendant brought us a microwave so the kids could pop their popcorn, he was very nice and accommodating

room service was also not being done despite having a card in our room that invited us to take

the nasty blankets my kids were given to sleep on and the extra charges on my account

breakfast options at little cafe area was limited.

grand classic older hotel nice bar and wonderful restaurant

the only thing we didn't like was no option of a hot breakfast in the hotel.

we had breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby and it was delicious

in addition the staff ( front desk, valets, bar and coffee bar staff and housekeeping)is wonderful and genuinely

there was only one way in and out of the parking lot, so that helped

stairs had ice and parking lot. heater was on cycle so i froze most of night.

up there was 3 police cars rite out side the property and a meth head girl walking through the parking lot bare

should offer rides to downtown for customers safety as well as more parking lot safety measures

the only think i didn't like was the parking

no parking space for trailers unless you get lucky on a low occupancy night

continental breakfast could have been better especially the juices

all everything was good, breakfast was good

checkout used to be noon and they've set it back to 11. no laundry available

spotless room. good breakfast. easy tv for my streaming. decent gym

clean, safe and comfortable. the location was perfect. pool and gym were awesome.

nice big room w sitting area and wet bar/coffee bar is so roomy and comfy

the elevator was extremely slow. the snack bar and the bar were pretty expensive.

we stayed another night for his follow up appointment but that night a group of kids from a sporting event were

parking was suitable, could view vehicle from room.

the heating might not be enough for some people, especially with the uncarpeted floors

liked the decor & the floors. will take advantage of the pet policy next trip!

the dinner and breakfast and drinks. and.all employees helpfull and all nice people

we then went to the pool to relax, and enjoy our drinks while the kids played

connected covered garage parking for free, which we appreciated as a hail storm came through

great location. like the breakfast option. helpful staff.

the breakfast area was fully crowded from 7am until i left ( but it must have been great

soda at the bar was a bit much, and the bar is not open late
