room was dirty, had a funky smell, half the spa jets did not work, there was leftovers in the refrigerator, bugs in all the light fixtures

there was a nice size fridge and a microwave perfect for heating up breakfast in the morning

here’s a quick tip, if traveling with family, don’t tell them about the kids so they don’t put you the “family” floor

our kids love the pool and making their own waffles with all the fixings

adults were not controlling their kids because they were too busy drinking in the pool area and lobby like it was a frat party

fitness room was so small that it should not have even been listed as an amenity

being almost 90° and we brought out bathing suits but the pool is not open, and neither is the fitness center- both which we were looking forward to using

stayed for 3 nights and had no daily room service, while 80% of hotels are back to normal services
