made reservations several months ago requesting no smoking and main floor

it was a smoking room, i do not smoke, but was desperate for a room

i m glad this motel was pet friendly, but when i walked into the room i caught the smell of what i could

i walked through the office to restricted area out back where i found the desk person smoking with his friend

the staff didn t know how to handle my service dog and were trying to charge me the pet fee

so worn you could see though them, a/c was erratic, towels thin and frayed, was told they had wifi and then

wish the pool opened sooner having to check out at 11 and pool opening 10 grandkids were disappointed there
