pool ,staff and location

staff was great about extra pillows & towwls, & accommodating our early check in

early check in was great!

got a free late check out til 2 pm

the pool was open

location near water park was great. breakfast was convenient.

next to roaring springs water park is absolutely fantastic

clean..quie,t huge selection of free breakfast and all the amenities within walking distance.

staff very friendly, breakfast is decent and does the job, room was clean(thank you)

no early shuttle to airport

shuttle to the airport wasn't available until 7 am, and my flight was at 5

my husband enjoyed the gym, steam room and sauna

the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and they had an excellent breakfast selection

tub was nice. the room service is convenient

room , the service was great just a good time the breakfast was amazing we just had so much fun

it was a nice room, good breakfast, and we slept really cozy

my only issue was with the front desk and laundry that had to be done

fitness room could’ve been bigger (although you’re able to use a nicer gym, w/ a guest pass, a

on-site fitness room, cafe, and snack bar were convenient amenities

swimming pool & hot tub great for kids and adults. location of hotel is ideal.

bed was a little hard and wifi was weak.

aren't very soundproof so we could hear rambunctious kids through the walls (for which i blamed a lack of supervision than the hotel)

wifi reception was lower in the back rooms whitch we were at.

no phones, wifi, or other amenities provided

noisy rooms and dangerous icy sidewalks and parking wasn't plowed and couldn't get in and out.

not enough parking on the back side of motel were my room was

parking was severely limited as i was towing a 20 foot trailer

like to see the breakfast time extended to 11am

the bath tub didn't plug correctly for my kids to take a bath in and the beds weren't very comfortable

only downside was noisy kids in hall way right outside eating area

laundry facilities, iron and ironing board available upon

it was also great to have access to laundry facilities after a long week on the road

very friendly staff, nice pool and good wifi

also the fact that the guest laundry is so expensive on top of paying for the

need of repair pool was closed key cards did not

not enough parking if i was to get there after dark, i could never find parking

very clean, modern, large rooms, decent breakfast, nice pool, very good

to flood the bathroom every time we use the shower and have had to resort to building a dam with pool towels to contain the water

breakfast but that being said, no hotels in the entire city do not offer breakfast

the morning was the best with breakfast

breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly !

they have a bar with snacks, a fitness center and a pool

breakfast was great. grandkids loved the pool! very clean and quiet.
