pool ,staff and location

was one single young lady who was working alone, in charge of the front desk, customer services, laundry, and

the wifi was barely adequate at times, almost non existent at other times.

the wifi data d not work in either of my devices.

had little parking, dangerous exit to road because of trees blocking the view, night clerk had argument with

really thought what was provided for us at breakfast was really good and the coffee was sooooo good

the room was great, the bed was comfy, wifi and cable were nice, the bathroom and shower were decently sized

clean..quie,t huge selection of free breakfast and all the amenities within walking distance.

plenty of parking spaces and i was able to walk to a decent restaurant right across the hotel

the breakfast is really good with lots of options

so very clean and reasonable. i was amazed to see a kitchenette. very nice ud83dude0a

great location and value for the price. was a big clean room with kitchen facilities.

section was too near the parking lot

daily pet fee was a little steep compared to other places i have stayed at

parking but challenging

the pet room smelled funny- it was as an obvious string cleaning agent.

perfectly located to many restaurants, port of subs, walmart, gas stations, and a very large parking lots

it is clean and basically shares a parking lot with the idaho center which was perfect!

staff and low rates we always stay at a my place when we can and they're pet friendly for a reasonable

laundry facility a bonus

we arrived about 2:30 am and had notified the hotel ahead we would be late

nice place to stay- great pool & fitness center

the bed was fabulous, the sheets extra soft. breakfast was yummy.

weren't able to take advantage of the pool due to having our pet with us but that's not a criticism

found bugs in my bed, the fireplace didn t work, which i paid extra for, there is a giant tub in the room but

the wifi was kind of slow. i wish they offered secure internet

the wifi was not secured, so i did not utilize it.

swimming pool was very dirty.

there laundry needs to have a key card on it so that someone doesn t still the laundry

noisy rooms and dangerous icy sidewalks and parking wasn't plowed and couldn't get in and out.

parking, comfortable bed, decent sized room and good lighting, the room had a microwave and mini

motel was ok but they didn't keep sidewalks or parking lot clear of snow

back parking was a bit sketchy.

the only thing that looked decent was the television, that along with wifi didn't work

good waffles for the kids

modern room, comfortable bed, great pillows, wifi, pet friendly room with no carpet.

my kids were not rough housing or doing anything out of the norm and we got a noise

room next to mine was noisy with a crying kids and yelling parents - apparently they were the housekeepers

parking was somewhat challenging during my stay

also the fact that the guest laundry is so expensive on top of paying for the

dirty, not well maintained , pool and hot tub were not open

i only stayed one night of my reservation and i did not go to the pool or spa based on the condition of the

filthy carpets, dog feces at the entrance and in the parking lot.

and i did see a security guard making passes in the parking lot a couple of times

to flood the bathroom every time we use the shower and have had to resort to building a dam with pool towels to

shares parking with convention center.

parking was very crowded

stayed at that room because they advertised a card charger and gym as part of their amenities

excellent complimentary breakfast

delightfully whimsical hotel. loved the themed room and room service breakfast was excellent.

also a complementary bath bomb for the spa bath would have been a nice touch

loved the spa tube and comfortable bed.

free breakfast room service and cider in a champagne holder/chiller

spa tub with the waterfall into it was great and the food we ordered from room service was

was super nice - (as previously mentioned) responsive and helpful regarding thoughtless parking lot party people

they say they are pet friendly but don t allow cats(unless you pay a further fee)

i didn't hear any noise from other guests even though the parking lot was full every morning when i left for

room had odor upon walking in few small pet hairs on sheets

location close to airport close to downtown and places to eat the complementary breakfast was very

love that it was so close to the airport and a shuttle was outside waiting for us almost immediately

i think the free wifi is a bit misleading.

access to gym and the staff is great, quick to accommodate

location. bar at chandlers restaurant downstairs.

access to the gym and pool at the grove along with the free airport shuttle came as very welcome surprises

thin walls with kids screaming in room next to us, i messaged the staff but they didn’t respond

the construction was loud and there were screaming kids in the next room for hours

only things that were a bummer is that kids can't swim alone and the cleaning staff is really rude

the general clientele were kids going to a tournament!!

wifi was useless and the valet situation was strange

staff most courteous! clean room! great pool/ jacuzzi! close to superb mexican restaurant !!

good food and plenty of room to sit, pool was clean and not over crowded, bikes were a nice benefit, location

gym, breakfast, outside pool, staff and rokm

didn’t like the fact that they charge for a early check in even if the room was available

wifi service. a freezer to refreeze my mini cooler ice pack please.

breakfast eggs were not terribly palatable

we were also given an early check in which was great

big room and lots of space for my kids and i. we didn t feel cramped in our room. very comfy,

the staff. customer service of front desk and breakfast employees was all very pleasant.

was rude and lied to take so called fees from me the kick me out of the room and kick me my 4 kids out of our

great place to stay, quiet, clean, nice pool, and the grab and go breakfast is perfect!
