buildings, pool and general atmosphere, location was also superb

romantic rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly staff

very unique place stunning carriage suite - breakfast and cocktail hour amazing - nothing too much trouble for

the breakfast was amazing as was the happy hour in the courtyard each evening

wife an i loved our room and room service

pool hasn t worked since i been here and the service is not any

pool needs a lot of maintenance.

facility staff i ve ever met and that's important at staying at a place roomy rooms great clean pool my

everything was exceptionally clean especially the laundry room and vending machines

the pet fee

the little kitchen

did not have breakfast

wifi!

wifi didn't work at all

bugs pool was dirty wifi didn t work.

the price was reasonable too, with free parking

easy parking

had no reception and the wifi didn't work, laundry was a single coin machine that was old and sits out in a hall

the parking lot was well lit and the key entries were working properly

checkin, gym, etc

i loved how easily accessible the way to the pool was from our slider door with a family of 5 who was really

i also loved that i got free breakfast and free parking

location; quietness; parking usually good

wifi is weak, but is sufficient for me, tv channels are limited but they re getting better as

the rooms are older, the beds are reasonable, and wifi is 80% but overall the quality for the price is pretty

the wifi didn t work.

wifi extremely poor., not usable. room needs blackout curtains. there are trains nearby.

didn't use the wifi and one suggestion would be to please provide more pillows of varying firmness

pool was on the wrong side of the building, so that it was always in the shade in the afternoon

great pool, very intetested in making sure guests are free of any containment

the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. the staff was friendly and the gym was well equipped.

the lights in the parking lot never worked would be nice to have lights.

location, free parking, free coffee bar.

the wifi would not connect to our computer or phones and the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

i was surprised that breakfast was made to order, in a real kitchen, not the typical american chain hotel with

room didn't have hair dryer, didn't know we wouldn't have daily room service.

think a pet friendly facility needs to have a flooring that is not carpet

very nice breakfast bar and overall service was great.

not much of a breakfast

free hot breakfast with waffles!

very clean. welcoming design. ample, secure parking. nice staff

free parking

wifi but it was too slow to load in the morning

not know the pet charge until i got there it was excessive stingy with food items at evening

smiley helpful staff and breakfast and happy hours

enjoyed time in the pool

parking. no shade

coffee is bitter. not a good thing for a coffee lover but the breakfast makes up for it
