they only have outdoor pool but have arrangements with hotel next door w/inside one

they didn t have enough rags to give us and i had to wait until their laundry stopped

the staff and location were great! breakfast and everything else was great.

with two toddlers, 5 and 2, my husband and i had to make the room safe and clean and put the kids to bed

we had a great time, room was clean and bed was soft gym was nice

staff was super friendly! hotel was clean everywhere! breakfast was fantastic!

1 were we left the kids drink cups on the night stand that night while we were sleeping and woke up with 6-10

a lack of parking close to the door after a certain hour.

i did not get to try the gym but i was able to use the business center

i didn't eat the breakfast i had an appointment. parking was great

i had to take the airport shuttle which left at 4:30 am and it was right on time

it worked out because we took it to the pool

hotel at 10:00 pm after a long drive that i was told there is an additional charge of $150 for my pet

ordered room service for dinner, and was delighted at the plant based options on the menu.

room was very nice. clean and well appointed. i appreciated they pet friendly option.

check in, parking right in front of our room, close to a lot of food and shopping options

in our room smells cigarettes, but room was non-smoking

the pool is only 5 feet, so the teen wasn't happy due to it being so many people unable to swim.

on booking.com i booked a king size bed smoking. did not get either.

i also smelled smoke and weed in my non smoking room

t finish and went to pay for another day and the lady in office said that they had put me in a no pet room and

i had already had issues with the electrical sockets in the kitchen before identifying the smell and i notified

s a pet friendly hotel but there was so many piles of dog poop it was difficult to walk out dogs

up charge of 50 dollars for pet fee

i also didn t like the fact that there was a kitchen but no pots and no dish or silverware

1 evelator, no breakfast, kitchen there but no pots or pans to cook with also no plates, cups or silverware why

took my dog for a walk there was dog feces everywhere - other guests did not clean up after their pets

property more secure not a good look with folks sitting in chairs out front smoking and

manager and groundskeeper who do nothing but harass and heckle you for anything while they re smoking outside

the kitchen sink had no water pressure and the bathroom sink was stopped up

i had to argue to get a no smoking room
