staff are super friendly, and the wifi was good

very nice to have access to coin laundry and microwave

laundry machine available and bed was comfortable would stay here

coin laundry was very convenient you can buy washing liquid from the counter

nice stuff. near the jr station (1 minute). easy to find. wifi router avaible at the frontdesk.

only thing i missed was a kitchen

sorts of interesting things happens in the middle of the night phone calls on speaker phone, laundry, dryer

super kitchen

the dryer in the laundry room didnt dry the clothes properly.

wifi is fast

location was good , breakfast also

breakfast was good and it was close to the airport

hotel offers free parking throughout the day for hotel guess

the breakfast selection is rather limited, however it is a convenient service for guess just want a

lovely service and onsen and great breakfast

one them guided us to the parking

free parking

also have free parking

parking is 200 meter from the hotel

parking: the parking area is a bit far from the hotel, and accessing it via the narrow streets can

buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent, lots of choices and delicious

i love the buffet-style dining cuz i can choose my own food there is a shuttle bus from ueda station or matsumoto

liked that i was able to leave my bike under a roof for parking

good parking

disappointed that there isn't hot spring / spa as the title is deceiving

polite staff, free drinks, free parking, good privacy

hour reasonably priced room service as love hotels usually offer is fun to have
