zahier from the sky bar was incredibly bubbly and accommodating, he was our go to guy on where to go and what to do

was a bit small, more of a kids pool so we didn t really want to use it

the cleaning lady made nice beds for the kids on the sofas

suite has an open shower so you can’t privately shower which was a big problem for us with kids

tv is smart and you can use netflix to keep kids entertained

room is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. breakfast is verity and good service.

two spaces of the attractive bar were dominated by big screen football matches in which i personally had no interest and spoilt

we also ordered moroccan wine through room service, and the server was exceptionally friendly

we all had great massages at the spa too

no kids allowed is a plus if you seeking quietness
