just the wifi reception that throttles a bit

wi-fi and parking are free

with parking with refrigerator large room and dining area one of the best place to stay

the available drinks that is very convenient as well as the free parking

affordable, good location, free wifi and parking cons- we found cockroach in kitchen room and low water pressure

we were also pleasantly surprised to find a gym which was not in the photos but it was really nice to visit in

full kitchen including washer/dryer combo

parking

accomodating staff and nice swimming pool

the room service choice and quality was 5 star

location is near aling lucing's sisig, bariotik kitchen and zoocobia and dino island

laundry service was way over priced

the wifi is strong from our room so we re able to work online with no problem

breakfast was commensurate to the price of the hotel room accommodation

wifi was fast

the room size is a bit on the smaller side, making it a bit challenging if you're traveling with kids and have

only disappointment was our experience at the third-party mandara spa

friendly staff and attentive room service

street about 9 mins away by trike, about 77 pesos, bathroom was nice warm water a very nice bar good food beer

food outstanding, staff simply the best absolutely i do recommend booking at the drake and papis bar and chill

air-conditioning so comfortable, the food access great, at the indoor restaurant papis bar and chill, tv,

only 1 parking space and is quite tight

to carry own luggage up stairs low res tv decent food comfortable enough bed good size ref decent wifi sorry

i enjoy there clean and safe, shops and laundry near

ang isa lang sa hindi ko nagustuhan, hindi ako maka-connect sa free wifi nila, mahina din ang sagap ng internet

wifi not very good

the wifi could use some improvement as it was quite slow, but still usable for basic needs

clean room, kind staff, great service. weak wifi connection

good wifi which can be unpredictable in some hotels

pool and being able to go on the rooftop

wifi connection not stable noisy aircon

the charge was minimal but severely offended me other issue i had was the wifi

a nice pool

smoke by the pool filled the entire courtyard area with

hot water shower * free wi-fi * clean and quiet pool * free drinking water bottles * laundry service * nice

policies like no alcoholic bottles allowed within the pool area but what amazes me is that no corkage with

there's a pool

the convenience store and coin laundry are within walking distance

no wifi in the bedrooms

good room and facilities need improvement wifi tv but not have remote

no wifi

no wifi and tv at least they put some channels on the tv

the room had ample storage space, water bottles were complimentary, and the laundry service was quick

laundry delivery service place in a short walk

choose superior queen with kitchenette

a decent place to stay for a short stay, just book the deluxe or kitchenette as these are in the new wing

i book the superior room with kitchenette, hoping complete utensils where i can cook even a noodles same as

kitchen in the room - very comfortable bed - staff very friendly n helpful - shuttle on demand

is ok- but the only issue is the lock in the balcony - its broken so having kids 3 y/o he can open it if we are

had a great stay with our kids

the kids got their fill

parking space

room was good, good room service, bed was a little hard for my liking

fridge in room it doesn t have electric kettle for coffee or tea no facility other than tv &wifi

location right by bus terminus for days out anywhere, helpful staff, good food and room service, clean hotel

didn't like the fact that their staff said that i have to hustle with other guests for wifi connection

it s really big and worth it for 4k we stayed for 3 days 2 nights already plus free wifi and parking

u expect for for a cable to access with but the tv itself was smart tv and it's connected to the wifi of the

hotel shuttle wanted p500

wifi connection is bad and globe data is so slow as well

nice people. good stay except for unreliable wifi.

get what u pay for tv not working wifi ok door lock broken

check in, apparently over booked by agoda, got moved at 0330am to sister hotel, no wifi, no hot water, floor

but maybe the biggest problem for me is the wifi and ac

wifi slow inside the room

good for famlies with young kids too, because tehre's a pool

price is right! clean and nice room! i really like the band and the pool!

the wifi was reliable and fast, and the parking facilities were secure and ample

very slow and almost no wifi. no signal for cellular data as well. the resr are great!

the kids enjoyed the time running around the place

my 3 yo also enjoyed the pool

foo at pool bar was also superb

more facilities with kids

great and helpful staff particularly concierge and poolside teams!

kids area had lots of playing toys and activities for kids

if you want to have a wifi connection, request for a room that s not in the basement

parking

no safe parking area.

poor cellphone and wifi cigna,l some rooms need to be renovate.

not enough parking space.

the pool area was picturesque

also, i know i read somewhere that the pool was supposed to be open for 24 hrs but turns out it wasn t open

the only thing that they could improve is their pool

hotel with a pool in a quiet back street

wifi signal is unstable

the 24 hour room service is a plus

too long for food order from room service

except for the wifi hirap kami magconnect pero all in all okay naman ang stay namin

our breakfast is buffet! love it

room was spacious, enough for 3 adults and 1 child

pool always feels refreshing and wonderful

little hotel, close to everything, very friendly staff, room was clean, wifi was okay, would stay again

wifi lags from time to time pretty stiff

central hotel with nice pool area to sit in sun

room with kitchenette and suuuuper speedy internet with room coverage

there is wifi connection

room but needs repair/maintenance - cr leak and upkeep of shower area and kitchen counters/cabinets

wifi also good

big rooms complete with living, dining and kitchen

they have a dining table, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, big bedroom, sala set

it also has a mini kitchen with a large fridge and microwave

only cons is the breakfast, only a few korean options on the menu, not very handy with kids, luckily there's

environment not safe no safe box in the room, tv no normal channels wifi connection to the not

only cons is the breakfast, only a few korean options on the menu, not very handy with kids, luckily there's

the pool was nice and the the staff very friendly.

it s a new facility but pool was not ready for use

pool is dirty

wifi works too

wonderful wifi, smart tv, unlimited free coffee, comfortable bed and clean room

in addition, the wifi connection is always fast and reliable, which is important for both work and leisure

i had to have help to get the ac to work, to get the wifi code and to reboot the wifi to get it to work

clean, cool and fast wifi

nice room, and buffet breakfast

strong wifi

only the coffee at breakfast not so good.

the wifi isn t very good

i requested early check in and late check out but neither was accepted

wifi connectivity was super slow. can't even see photos on fb. 10-15 minutes walk from sm clark.

it s a bit dated .. wifi can be a bit poor i. some of the rooms

wifi connection inside the room is very slow can't even logon to a simple website like msn and

swimming pool was not as regularly cleaned as one would expect.

nothing really, not even the roof top pool didn t live up to the pictures

in the heart of walking street, friendly staff, updated place / good ac and wifi

at the top of the hotel there is a pool and entertainment area that over looks walking street

its pool and bar area on the rooftop was an amazing place to chill

wifi is too slow and only able to connect for sometimes especially in the 4th floor

the wifi...sucks

inernet connection , staying connected via wifi was a disaster, ended up paying for data usage although activated

major plus is the availability of smoking rooms

laundry 1,500 which is 25 euro express laundry still to expensive

roof top pool

room was spacious with wifi and ac

next was the issue with laundry, as they have a print out in your room with posted prices

we enjoyed our stay here, kids friendly

the ref was not working, not even one set of coffee was made avail, we asked for a laundry bag and they gave

early check in or late check out has to pay , but on web side never mention

breakfast buffet
