parking was kind of weird

parking lot numbers were hard to read, so someone else parked in my space

the areas around the hotel were very clean, we appreciated having safe, pet friendly areas throughout

but when i sat at the bar

pet friendly atmosphere, the delicious coffee in the lobby, the fun games on the second and third

of restaurant/free use of bikes/ nearness to the beach/morning coffee was free and very tasty/ parking was easy

extra amenities, a nice view of the marina and surrounding area, and they delivered a wonderful breakfast to

tea on lower level, need wine n bottle opener in room healthier snacks like nuts n snack bar other than junk

real room service no ordering from the restraunt when you get down there i waited 15 minutes and they

of for received breakfast for two

the wifi didn't work and rhere are limited tv channels. so nothing big. it was primarily amazing

staff, beautiful hotel, very nice pool and spa and really liked that its open 24hrs

pet fee was a little high ($25 per pet). not bad for one pet but charged for 2 dogs.

no area for pets or smokers. had requested a smoking room but wasn't given one. no breakfast

can have i like the location it's very convenient and the fact that you and that they're smoking rooms available

the staff was friendly and informative about the area. welcoming to our pet.

the only thing i didn't care for was the smell laundry smell of bleach on the bed linens.

24 hour spa hours were nice

at the time we were there the spa was not working

on it then it was even broken on top of that not even ready to use and no house keeping at all spa was not even

pool and spa was very dirty!!!

the parking was plentiful and the included breakfast added value to the room price
