staff let us get in early and switched from a smoking room to a nonsmoking room for us

the water slides were a lot of fun for the kids

cold water in the waterslide pool. hair in the bathroom of the room i rented.

the hotel was beautiful and the pool for the kids was great very clean rooms were very nice

parking was great. offered plug in. pool was awesome. breakfast was amazing.

it did not come with breakfast

hair dryer didn t work and the wifi didn t either

really liked the people at reception, had to bring my pet last minute and they were super friendly and helpful

was told that our reservation said we asked for a smoking room which we did not but we did have a pet with us

great facilities and lots of parking space available

parking was a little rough due to many semi trucks doing work in the area and parking for the night

breakfast was excellent! lots of choices. location near the hospital was great for us

close to casino, tim hortons, easy to get to and park.

we took a room in the 1st floor which had a bad smell and kind of beat up ( i think it was a pet room) so

location, with all amenities within walking distance, excellent restaurant just across the parking

wifi....in this era, just not good enough!!! needs to be upgraded!

best included breakfast of our travels. rooms well presented clean and quiet.

stay was fantastic only very minor thing was the pillows were so fluffy they were too big for kids

the kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide, it's nice not having to go off site for things to do.
