the pool was very disappointing as the picture

bathrooms and kitchen are a bit outdated and the ac is too cold and hard to turn off

also the signs at the front desk informed us that the bar (gingerbread cafe) closes at 21:30, we arrived for

yes housekeeping is her job but my kids enjoyed the fact that she checked on them

the beach is great and the pool is good as well

(very efficient and cheap) breakfast in the downstairs bakery from 6 to 11 was amazing

part of the reason we chose this property was because it had a spa listed on site in booking

lack of hot water in the shower. sink and kitchen were fine, just shower,

the 'pool' was surrounded by garbage and broken plastic chairs, and the pool water was not clean

i paid over 400 for our stay and they put me in a room that over looked the parking

facilities overall had a great vibe to them... restaurant and service around the pool was great.

casino royale is the place to be

this resort is a family resort expect kids teenagers and noise

the spa was awesome and far better as to ambience than the sonesta one i went to in us

the pool was large and clean with plenty of sun beds ,the staff put on activities for those who enjoyed
