great family room - spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids

though the extractor fan (assumingly from the kitchen) was quite noisy in the night

room we had was under the kitchen, in the basement, without outside windows (we were informed of this before our stay)

breakfast finishes at 8 30 for hot food which is a little early for leisure guests

the room was very noisy from 6.00am as it was directly below the kitchen.
