wifi at the hotel was out, couldn t call the hotel, couldn t pay with credit card because of

pet area not close to rooms.

also pet friendly which is very important

called ahead to make sure i could check in past midnight and they said yes as well as giving me a late check

possibly a small laundry basket in the room for people with longer stays
