the pool was quiet and lovely

didn t realize sept. 20-22 was off season. the restaurant and bar were closed.

wifi was extraordinarily slow throughout my stay -- a chat or e-mail might get through every 10

friendly staff and easy parking.

they are working towards meal options and regular bar hours for guests, but for now just enjoy the history and

could be more child proof by keeping doors closed to stairs and pool area at all times.

it was very spread out with lots of random common areas and a communal kitchen; our checkin was lovely but we

the wifi password should it be in accessible place in the room , we had to call reception to get it

the gym was a decent size and had lots of options and the jacuzzi/hot tub was a highlight after all the

jacuzzi was broken most of the visit and was strange the bar seemed never open?

very nice indoor pool and 2 exterior hot tubs, lots of free parking and right on the bike

to use their pool, i found this unacceptable as we were paying guest and should have free access to the pool,

what can you do during a pandemic no spa pool lunch dinner restaurant and still it was great

wifi does not work, car charger does not work - staff were unable to find time to help fix it,

been here before-same as before liked everything especially pool area

close to the zoo, nice outdoor space and nice to have a balcony after kids went to bed.

match what is written , spa is just a shower, with big tub the place was too noisy, not welcoming

heated outside pool, it's wrapped by the rooms, chairs on the terras, easy for parents watching their children
