you're looking for a hotel with a wonderful breakfast, free parking, a comfy bed, and a quiet neighborhood, this is the place

room service food was ok but very over priced - usual for hotels i guess...

arranged a late room service lunch for us in the breakfast room when we arrived, which was

kitchenette has all the necessaries and there is also some cutlery a fridge, 2 electric hobs for

had a pizza in the bar for dinner, which was delicious, as was the wine

many staff around so had to wait at bar for quite a while to get a drink but otherwise good service

staff were exceptional. bar food excellent

kids loved the double level room

the family rooms are a great design with the kids on the mezzanine level.

downstairs was a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob and all utensils knives forks cups plates etc

spacious with a lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped small kitchen

they have complete facilities for the kitchen and they also have rest area outside

pool staying open until 20

clean, comfortable beds, kitchen, parking, everything we needed.

i can see it could be a problem for some shorties, but no-one in my party complained, including kids

the area for kids was a bit poor. nothing really to play with.

great reception staff very nice and helpful hamza was gentle i arrived early he offered me breakfast and helped to get early check

the visual appeal of the building which is great is getting the rating rather then things like a spa or pool

decoration was unique, the staff was warm, the room was modern and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing

some problems with wifi but this was handled superbly, we got another room (better) with excellent wifi so we could (-)air conditioning didn t work very well and wifi in dormer room was non existent (-)rubbish wifi. (-)wifi was very slow for this day and age (-)could not get the wifi to work which was very disappointing as we had several communications (-)wifi connection was very poor (it disconnected after 3 minutes) (-) the wifi didn't work, that's bad for an hotel mainly for business travellers (+)the property ddidn t have network my whole stay, neither wifi

a very helpful young lady) that i should go to the bar myself to save a 7 room service fee

i had contacted in advance in relation to early check in and it was no problem, we checked in when we arrived at 11am

easy access, staff very friendly. room comfy for me and the kids. also very calm.

and quiet location near the city centre (15 minutes walk but bus-station very nearby), private spa facilities because of the covid-situation was amazing allthough only 45 minutes available

really knowledgeable and helpful and great with kids

booked the spa and was accepted the night before but then were told it doesn't operate before 4pm, we were

we much appreciated also the possibility to do our laundry in the common washing machines against a small fee

but they gave us 2 separate rooms so i had to keep going out of the room to check on the kids

booked a room for a night even if i would leave in the afternoon so i asked to have an early check in at 9 am and they welcome my request without surcharge

into the centre of nantes about 5 minutes on the bus we didn't use the restaurant or the bar so are unable to

just take a coffee from the bar for 2 euros
