kids loved it

my kids had a great time catching carbs off the pier

as i gave two small kids

went to the saltee islands and it was a quick stroll to the harbour which made life so easy with kids

lovely pub / restaurant with good food and good kids menu located on site and very pleasant, friendly staff

nothing pool table or darts would have been great in the bar but other than that perfect.

everything about the hote was brilliant the staff ,rooms, food, spa

a little late and expensive for me to change my booking if i wanted to stay in a hotel with the gym and leisure

good value for money. a nice bar area and a great swimming pool. well worth a visit.

having the separate kids pool was an added bonus meaning we could stay there longer

the lift was out of order and therefore room service was not an option (my husband is convalescing after an operation therefore lack of (-)nothing major but we ordered room service and our breakfast was cold. (-) breakfast also in main restaurant but issue resolved by room service and having dinner in bar restaurant (+)we had room service breakfast, excellent , everything was hot and delicious (+)we had room service which was fast and friendly (+)the staff on arrival to the room and the service we got in the bar for dinner everything and room service was 100% (+) the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the choice for breakfast, even room service, was great (-) the only thing i could suggest for this hotel is providing an out of hours room service serving sandwiches or cold food as we ate dinner early and we were hungry come late (+)lovely comfortable bed, very prompt room service , enjoyable breakfast

lack of channels in room, only had 4 which would not suit us if we brought the kids

were extremely friendly and particularly good with kids

were charged 28 euro for two kids size breakfasts and a kids pancake

also were really good to facilitate us with an early check in as we were attending a wedding and that was very much appreciated

the host was superb. great breakfast and we had lots of friendly discussions.
