i didn't have the time to try the facilities, but for a small hotel such as this, a pool and fitness centre is

we enjoyed the gym & the pool temp was good ud83dudc4d

wifi very slow.

a bit slow wifi, maybe an extra blanket in a room could do but everything else was great

place to stay in kiama with friendly and helpful staff clean facilities and good parking would definitely

couldn't get wifi to work - but no big deal.

staff we extremely helpful, the beds were amazingly comfortable, loved how the cafe done room service great idea

every thing was good tv had some cable access wifi was excellent no complaints

location spacious room comfy bed clean free wifi and parking nice staff

very modern room, bathroom, kitchen area were all clean, bed was comfortable

neat and clean and had all kitchen amenities .nothing was missing

wifi signal strong enough

nice rooms with great kitchen

wasn't enough car spaces in the carpark but we were the last ones to check in, still we got a parking spot right

lack of cooking/kitchen facilities.

the spa suite was great.it is walking distance to everything.

just more parking would have been great it was always full but not much of an issue we survived

stay here ever year for a golf weekend and love the facilities

bed was comfortable, shower was great restaurant and bar right there.

basic kitchen appliances including microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge

jacket behind and the staff spent considerable effort locating it, searching through numerous laundry bags of

comfortable and surprisingly quiet. hotel has a very decent kitchen with affordable dining.

club's bar and the restaurant open until very late and only a minute walk from the cabins

quiet and cosy, my kids love this cabin. thanks

easy access and parking

did not arrange for a change to another cabin, only asked us to go to the gym in the club to shower

also liked that it had a guest laundry to do our washing everyday

staff were great, especially the bar staff

the wifi was limited and we ran out fairly quickly

don't have spare bed for kids. shower plays up when turn on.

wifi password was only available through reception at bottle shop, was late at night so i used

in room 4 was terrible no signal in in morn from 6 till 10 no good with kids might as well not had it signal

the cutlery and some kitchen items were dirty

ud83dude14and limited accessories in the kitchen if you are planning to eat in

the ev charger was very useful for us

kitchen facilities were very limited for breakfast, yet we were provided with a breakfast hamper

comment on the wifi as we didn't use it

pool area and gardens could use a tidy up but there has been a lot of rain.

wifi wasn t great.

clean bathroom with spa + extra powder room area

location next to the golf course, just wish i had brought my clubs

are 2 properties- one lakeside and one golf course side

parking not assigned so you may not be able to park in front of your room.

the wifi was non existent and the fridge was warm

we had a room with a bath which was fabulous and the pool was exceptional

i loved the decor & pool area

parking is just a bit tight for my 4x4.

fabulous location, great parking, clean; friendly and efficient regards communication!

easy parking and very comfortable accommodation

very comfortable bed. opening windows convenient to town centre good parking- free

had free parking and wifi included

property is close to the main street of berry and comes with easy parking

minor privacy issues with our room and pool access

great location on site parking and very clean - staff great

great plunge pool for the kids

excellent wifi

the pool wasn t maintained and could not swim in it

good to have a kitchen

all good. especially being near golf club

pool was clean and ready to use. was a highlight for the kids.

and the photos are not the same as i saw the room, i liked everything, the staff is friendly, the parking is

no wifi, functioning shower or toilet upstairs. very dirty, poor covid measures, overpriced.

not much available parking on site

no mention of any wifi - paid or otherwise

ladies at the bar were lovely as were the patrons i sat with for a while

arrived at 5pm each night and there was never any parking

quiet location, big rooms, swimming pool.

wifi can t reach my room

a wine tasting in the afternoon, which was really informative and then enjoyed a bottle by the fireplace before

plenty of parking

there was no room service or coffee facilities in the room. the smoke from the open fire.

the room was fine, comfortable, tv wifi etc

mainly the wifi signal diminished inside the hotel was

the room service is definitely not on their agenda as no one cleaned our room or provided spare towels

a bit of lack wifi reception

there again only to visit for food air conditioned downstairs meal deals wher excellent sports bar area very

tv in room. tea and coffee making. small bar fridge. bedside lamp. stand for luggage.

beautiful location. easy parking.

the kitchen next door

would definitely recommend robertson public house and kitchen

a little bit noisy from the bar area.

title of hotel led me to believe there would be access to a kitchen

kitchenette, complete with bar fridge, microwave and jug

rooms, undercover parking right outside the room, chairs & table outside, friendly dog

office hours - staff were always available. close to shops and centre. free parking and wifi.

no sink in kitchen area, you have to use the bathroom sink which in quite shallow

had the main kitchen appliances which made the stay more practical and comfortable

shower cubicle was untidy with mould and soap scum parking is not the best for hotel guests, especially when

hair in the shower, slats missing from the bed, no wifi,

plus wifi cuts out every hour or so, and you have to log in again each time

great bar with good food

staff were friendly, good parking out the back

service for the kids while we were out at an event was difficult as the restaurant was in a licenced venue, so

ample parking space for guests and public transport is easily accessible

i was walking to my car at the parking lot just outside the hotel, there was a homeless man living in his car

kids loved the extra detail- the hot chocolate and timtams were a huge hit

plenty of on site parking

unfortunately my room service was missed but easily rectified by hotel staff.

good location. nice room. good wifi.

city, beach and golf club a quick walk away

views over the golf course, good facilities including a pool and gym and nice restaurant

location is right next to a bar that was open until 1am very outdated room.

techno beats of the bar next door's very loud and annoying

did not find bar at front an issue at all

the bar down stairs was annoying because all you could hear was the base while trying to sleep

room i had a room was on the street side and above a bar so there was some noise

we didn't use the pool but it looked clean

the kitchen was adorable and well equipped

great kitchen

well thought out facilities including an onsite coffee cart and wine bar, small but excellent pool and a sauna

the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped

location, pool, gym, sauna was all clean and easy and convenient

the only complaint i would have is the spa was only luke warm and could have been way hotter.

pool, location, price, facilities

great for families, spacious rooms, clean & tidy, kids loved the pool & lovely staff

to pay extra for car parking and laundry powder

the 3pm guaranteed time and they took 2 requests and 40 minutes to open the adjoining door to our kids room

cramped n small rooms, no gym or pool

opportunity to use all the facilities but the bar and food looked appealing and i there is also a gym which we

got two rooms interconnected, kids liked the setup

and the self-service laundry is very affordable which is hard to find amongst other hotels

room service would be great. not comfortable at the restaurant on my own

perfect spot for family with small kids

great location, easy and quick parking.

room service available , no cutlery to eat anything, and no cleaning products to sweep or wash down

easy stay with 2 young kids

and there is a guest laundry and kitchen

very good place. nice kitchen to use and laundry. great location.

bright light that shone in from the kitchen window i can t sleep with brightness so i was glad i bought my

and there is a guest laundry and kitchen

put up signage for the ev chargers

wish it had a spa bath

would have liked a breakfast menu for room service. everything else was great.

nice to be the only hotel in the area with ev chargers.

view fantastic room service meal for dinner was really nice - salmon

had everything you could need, with full size kitchen & living area

pool was too cold for me, but my boys loved it

full kitchen & laundry facilities & bathroom was huge

pool open until 9:00pm unlike most other places

nice pool area for the warmer weather

the kids wanted to use the pool but it didn't look like it had been cleaned

i had the best time and whished i would have stayed longer to use the pool ect

all amenities you could need, toilet was separated from the shower area, dedicated parking space for the room

friendly staff ,ease of parking, good clean rooms.

wifi is ok

wifi was all good

staff were friendly and helpful, check in out of hours was simple, wifi was excellent

very clean and nice room good wifi

the only negative was very slow wifi in the room, but the wifi around reception and outside seating was good

only issue i had was the bin got too full but i didn't put the sign out for room service so that was my own

very clean, spacious, great facilities, right on the golf course, easy parking.

nice stay, spa was excellent

wifi was a bit touch and go one night - unsure if this was due to poor weather affecting it or if

nice open space, with good visual surrounding of the pool and golf course.

easy parking, clean room, super comfy bed

love the renovated kitchen, bathroom and the new furnitures

pool was awesome and vouchers for lollie shop

a nice surprise upon check in and greatly appreciated as the vouchers were used for our kids during the stay

wifi connection was a bit unstable, a bit further off from the centre, but beautiful beach location

& practical cabin, kitchen in cabin, spa, steam room in the pool, very useful vouchers, rock pool near the resort

we were next to the laundry room so we could hear the washing machine vibrates

free parking on site, free wi-fi and free netflix movies

there is nothing that we didn't like, the wifi was a bit lacking at times.

wifi password wasn't told when checking in

laundry facilities

location, clean, quiet and nice sized rooms with wifi and a large selection of tv channels

parking outside our door

i had a table to work on my computer and the wifi worked very well

stained wifi slower than australia post very dated shower head leaks from side dtv channels not

parking is great and love that there is a restaurant/ bar on site

room, with kitchen appliance, nice bathroom, there is a bbq outside for use, everything nice and clean

i just didn't like that asspect also kept having wifi issues

parking was easy too

wifi does not work properly.

towels, shampoo, body wash, tv, wifi, cups in the fridge

need to be fix or replace - keeps falling off the railing hook and feel unsafe for kids

room service from the restaurant was excellent

everything else bar below was fine

also there was no bin in the bathroom, also there were 4 of us (2 kids) and only 3 towels, that's really minor

guest laundry was out of service

kids had a

there is a pool but we didn t use it and a pub next door

handy having laundry facilities available and we loved the pool and tennis court

it was great to have a laundry as we were attending a junior rep footy carnival and there was a reading room

great stay with breakfast too
