great parking in a town where that is at a premium

breakfast was great and hotel was located in the heart of the town

a nice bit of breakfast in the morning consisted of delicious and moist

a bar would have been nice, other options for onsite food.

not much comes to mind, if i had to pick on one thing, maybe fresh cream at breakfast.

continental breakfast was good. location perfect to shopping experience

breakfast was

inn supplied bikes if preferred and parking passes to beaches

parking lot attendant was super friendly & helpful

wish we had stayed for 2 nights so we could enjoy the bar and outdoor fireplace

lovely place to stay, very clean, comfy bed, had a coffee bar, brekky and great location and free parking

location, parking, free upgrade, all first class!

surly car parking attendant - shame as it was our first impression of the hotel

breakfast was better than i thought a continental would be. was pleasantly surprised.

although breakfast was unexpectedly included, it was a bit half-hearted with barely luke warm water for tea

ample parking space

room was amazing! beautiful decor & cozy with the fireplace!

there was no staff seen until we left -- someone near the bar (who let us into the pool) and the person who

wish they had the bar or restaurant open for off season

that directed me to someoen in india this lady told me they have complimentary coffee at their kitchenette every

noise is an issue in the room, as especially at night with windows open as guests leave bar and banquet

we waited in a massive line instead of being at the pool to be told the room wasn t ready and repeatedly told

loved the beach and pool

location and property are beautiful, and the pool is very nice. breakfast options were great.

at the pool restaurant is average

not going to run around parking lot looking for wifi signal no wifi in room.

parking at the end of the building was a bit of a pain

wifi a little bit slow.

left a sheet with a wifi password to use their wifi but as far as i can tell it didn t exist

crushed stone driving path, crystal clean pool in the center with seating and propane grills for gathering for

free wifi , kitchen with supplies, heated pool, location is amazing

the coffee machine and kitchen ware was nice

beach access and was able to get a parking pass for wells beach

view of hannafords parking lot isn t ideal but being able to walk over to grab groceries was convenient

i found the parking on the hill somewhat difficult

cable tv, wifi, really fluffy pillows and plenty of

wifi was spotty

noisy and several had barking dogs which surprised me because there were several signs stating no pets and signs

paid extra for late check out

an early check in

of my pet peeves in most hotels/motels is there are never enough towel rods in the bathroom

wifi is absolutely terrible

wifi was impossible to use it lost connection when attempting to get on it, the beds were horrible,

towel rod, which was the only towel rod), terrible customer service, no service/poor wifi,

wifi was awfull

it was on a main road with ample parking.

kitchen was not well equipped

the facilities include a pool and a basketball court

parking . clean room

the other people staying seemed to be quite happy and using the pool, playing lawn

there is plenty to do on the grounds (pool, tennis, basketball)

i would have liked better wifi, and a tv, for those rainy days.

were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was supplied with dishes and silverware that we could use

i did not have any breakfast there

small kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, and coffee maker

i needed a chair outside the cabin, and parking was very tight.

the parking was tight

love that it had a kitchen! super comfortable, safe, close to beach.

wasn't no pool.

pool, close to beach , nice room

the free wifi was weak and unusable no matter what time of day we tried it on our phones

pool was clean also

price staff room parking lication

small and had no room service had to ask for towels etc

the staff is so kind and accommodating the pool is clean and refreshing

the chalet had kitchen counter space, with all the amenities you'd need

pet friendly (even though it says they are), had to pay a $40 fee for my dogs when i checked in

beach, location to downtown, room was clean, pet friendly, property manager

are pet friendly have a one time $45 pet fee but have no place for your pet to use the bathroom

the staff first of all was phenomenal, i was greeted personally and shown around the facility, parking and the

parking was free which is great since it's a congested area

layout with separate bedroom fri living area to separate adults and kids

the room was perfect for the 3 of us and the kitchen was great

enjoy staying at the seabreeze every year, for quite a few years now-my kids love that we can spread out in a

kids and myself love the stay at sea breeze and it was close enough to the beach

loved how close to the beach it was , the room was absolutely beautiful, great value, free parking, staff was

parking on site and under 10 minute walk to town center

we enjoyed having a full kitchen available in our room

location is excellent and can't be better, kitchenette is nice.

i would have rated this property 'excellent' if it had provided a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and iron

parking is tight

i loved that the pool area and the restaurant outdoor bar and entertainment was great

wifi wasn t the best, the rooms are a little outdated, and the beds/pillows weren t the

the kitchen was great for cooking and heating up food we brought with us

was amazed at when i asked for flower petals just fake ones for a romantic getaway and they really delivered
