the room was clearly a smoking room but also smelled mouldy

excellent breakfast, extra snacks also

the room and the bar area were lovely, we had large room with an extra bed for kids

i didn t have the chance to enjoy the free sake bar but it is so cool

lovely bar area too

sake and beer bar ud83dude0e authentic japenese feeling in lobby and rooms

only 19 minutes from haneda airport, close to convenience shops, and having delicious food at the kitchen on

the wifi was slow

only bad side is very slow shared wifi across all rooms in 1 floor (10 rooms sharing 1 wifi so its very slow)

rooms were clean, wifi good, window could be opened for fresh air, toileteries, towels, water, tea, electric

they have a very popular kitchen too that is open mostly for lunch

onsen &laundry!

the bed was soft and the wifi reliable this was my favorite place i stayed all week

spa and breakfast

very good spa bath hotel near train station and haneda airport

wifi a bit unstable

booked a smoking room by mistake and tte staff kindly changed another room for me

laundry facilities were useful for long travel days

price, location and laundry

refrigerator, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, laundrette, wifi, disposable wash cloth, brush,

having coin laundry as well, so i don't have to leave the hotel for

can't connect to wifi from 1hr after checkin also, tv only lasted for 1 night, and the remote was also broken

laundry soap was 3 times more expensive than any other hotel, and this was indeed the only down

laundry wasn't super

good facilities, generous amount of space in rooms and also a laundry room which both washes(clean) and dries

wifi etc good location some english language guides for stuff

coin laundry useful, staff allowed me to leave my bags for a few hours after checkout

a country like japan where high speed internet is everywhere, it s kinda annoying how bad their wifi

laundry was slow

was open even though i arrived very late from a flight and i was very happy to make use of their laundry facilities

wifi worked well, charging port in box so can charge your phone next to you while you sleep

they have a coin laundry in the facility

laundry machines and dryers in the hotel

i was assigned to smoking room though i nominated non-smoking room.

good wifi, kettle and fridge

i booked a 'smoking room' because it was cheap

good wifi. good fridge and kettle.

there's a small desk where i can get my work done and the wifi is passable; good enough for video meetings

you can do laundry as well so i stay a week period usually

also there s a 24hr restaurant and laundry near by

i love the laundry room on the 1st floor

staff are nice. facility is clean. coin laundry is close by. close to haneda airport.

wifi is very poor
