was no trash can, the toilet paper kept falling because there’s not a thing to hold it, the gym has no equipment and they only service (change sheets) every four days

once i noticed it was a room with a kitchenette (like i reserved) i went to the front desk to let them know

the kitchenette and the updated room.

gym could use some weights and exercise mats/balls. some fruit in breakfast.

the kitchenette sink was full of knats and you can hear everything in your room

pool was dirty and very slippery and latter was broken

it was also right around the corner from the water park

the pool looked dirty.

were hard not enough water pressure swimming pool was green and closed you had to pay for breakfast which was not mentioned when we booked

the staff, the room, the pool, the food, and the prices...... awesome....

and there was not even cable for the kids to watch

location was the best thing going for this place. the wifi was past poor. the staff was nice.

can t complain because it is cable tv and wifi works as well

i saw many room service trays in the hallways that were only partially eaten, indicating to me that even that

only one entrance but terrible but made going the gym/pool and parking a much longer walk

we went & bought roach spray, the sheets were filthy and when we asked for new ones she said that laundry was closed

wifi worked well especially for kids devices

so not only i had to wait over 30 minutes for the staff to figure it out and i had my kids were in my car waiting

we got a suite and in the sofa bed the kids found a used condom

my grandchildren loved the indoor outdoor pool

short drive to shopping clean and quiet comfortable bed hot shower with great pressure nice clean pool great on site parking the breakfast biscuit, sausage, and potatoes were delicious as was the

breakfast is awesome

we liked the happy hour and breakfast.
