kitchen was the best one of our trip

the house and rooms, newly refurbished, are very clean and the wifi signal is very strong

provided wifi code was wrong, after mailing we got the right codes and those worked fine

limited access to the kitchen when sofa bed in use

bed was not the best for our taste, and the kitchen was way too small to cook anything

room a little bit small for 3 people with large amounts of luggage. laundry area

breakfast was healthy combination of delicious salads and soup and the staff were very

wifi didn't work on the 8th floor

the morning breakfast of soup and salad was a good way to start the next morning

staff will provide map to you and free breakfast

great place to stay, wifi and washing amenities are provided.

wifi was great

staff was helpful when i needed help on how to operate the laundry machine

laundry is cheap and get free detergent

front desk were more than happy to accept my 1000yen notes to exchange for 100yen coins for laundry and so on

lovely bathroom setup with personalized bath/spa supplies

very convenient location with a free shuttle

maybe it would have been nice if there was a real cafe vs room service

have free shuttle 24 hours

the free bikes, friendly staff, room service, cool lighting, and nice bathroom

we were given the option of having a full, hearty and healthy breakfast spread served and laid out meticulously

everything staff very friendly the on s en/ spa was great

clean room, onsen and breakfast

the hotel has an onsen, coin laundry and the breakfast buffet was amazing

it would ve been nice if the breakfast spread included some fresh fruits or fruit juice.

it s near the station and fairly priced well. free breakfast is a plus.

wifi. consider bringing your own cell wifi source.

maybe a larger breakfast... but the toast and coffee was delicious.

no breakfast service

close to work and cheaper than most other hotels nearby. good breakfast

internet/wifi sucks... my mobile data was more stable and faster.

wifi in the rooms were horrible

wifi signal wasnt really good, but i appreciate the fact that the staff tried her best to address

laundry facilities

wifi is weak. we have to stay near the room entrance to get a connection.

was very, very firm (and i usually love a firm bed), requested non-smoking room and was told that we would have
