doors slamming all day and night and one morning there were kids running and screaming at 9am all down the hall

breakfast was fine. really liked the guest laundry!!

my room was not serviced a few different days. there was no change available to do laundry.

because we had lots of kids

-hotel is quite safe no nuisance and kids friendly

all the time, hot chocolate and s’mores available in the evening made some great nights for the kids

to be picky: the location wasn't ideal for town as it's on the outskirts but a complimentary shuttle means that's not a big problem at all

i used the gym every morning and was happy with the equipment and the cleanliness

we really enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna

king size bed was so comfortable and i loved that my two kids had the hideaway couch

used the shuttle from amtrak to hotel, driver was great getting my bags from station to shuttle and into

although i didn't use it, i liked that they offered a shuttle into town as well as a storage locker for ski gear
