poor swimming pool

room service was very quick when i requested special pillows

there is one afternoon totally without wifi

no sign for parking area. no removal prayer rug (one time use)

room is clean, fast laundry service, breakfast buffet is well organized and the team is helpful.

fine but the swimming pool was in the 10ths floor and it was very cold

the wifi is not working properly. the cloths of the bed is not soft.

the restaurant and coffee shop by the pool is nice with good food and service

the pool is kinda useless not big enough and barley theres sun light

no spa, or at least no menu for the spa at the room.

gym was almost empty, while male gym was well equipped

breakfast was amazing with good options for everyone specially the fresh egg station

but i guess they need to scale up the manpower in the facilities like the spa and swimming pool which had no

spa was for men only. even the small pool / jacuzzi was for men only.

was this noise, almost like there was a pool above the suite

he is very kind with the kids and make their time at swimming pool enjoyable

is big with comfortable furniture and comes with free basement parking

basement parking, in room dining and the special decorations ( unique for habitat hotels )

i had very bad ud83dudc4e concerning like i have got charged in my kids 6 & 5 years in were going to breakfast

there was no lamp on the desk, mini bar was empty, but both are not major.

and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and fully equipped spa and gym, more than i can ask for

also the kids center in the hotel is not well maintained at all i mean
