didn t like how some of the rooms smelled like smoke even if you asked for non-smoking

rooms, quiet at night for the most part and then breakfast was simple but was nice to get a little something to

staff attitude, cleanliness, housekeeping, tv and wifi, shower. all of those need fixing.

given a lame excuse from staff that there were a lot of visitors even though more than 1/2 of the parking spots

the staff was great with our kids

the breakfast was an added plus

hotel was at max capacity so parking was a bit tricky

the pool needs redone, the kids kept losing skin on their fingers because it very rough around it

room service was not great they never made the bed up or empty the trash no clean towels no vacuum

not realize that there was not a daily room service so we did not have enough coffee and toiletries but other

the dryers were both broken in the laundry room the weekend we were there.

the monday kitchen staff was not very out going or friendly

the only thing that i can say that i didn t really like was the traffic getting out of the parking lot other

rugs, rooms were very dirty, bathroom didn't smell clean, i'm a pet lover and you cab tell they had pets in the

major tlc, we were put in a room next to workers that were working all day long, never recieved room service,

t work, the bathtub was so slippery almost fall and the staff was weird kept waking around the parking lot

darkish. ac. parking. price. didn't smell of smoke, etc.
