the hotel had modern furniture, and the live flowers in the breakfast area and at the reception were a lovely touch

felt the booking service gouged me - especially during covid - no breakfast, no room services, plus we are both senior citizens aarp but we got no breaks

unexpected plus: shuttle to cornell university

the room is nice and clean. the gym is awesome.

the location and the hotel was newly renovated pool was great area for kids and family

there was mold/mildew in the shower that grossed out the kids

every one of the staff and the shuttle driver were amazing and so friendly.

the bar area was so warm and inviting

our room was above the bar so the noise level was a little high until 10 pm.

hotel, clean and comfortable room, amazing lounge and bar area, espresso machine and tea and snacks, very close to downtown ithaca, beautiful plants and

quaint, cozy and convenient. staff was great and the bar was a plus!

it was just that we didn’t realize at first that there was a number to call or text (and the bar waitress i asked didn’t tell us that)

i especially loved the self service bar with ciders, wines and craft beers

the little downstairs self serve bar is so cute and all the decor is really fun

well stocked communal kitchen and easy parking

it was under upgrades so no fitness room, very little for breakfast but all in all we liked it, near food & stores

the breakfast is not healthy but overall it the stay is honest.
