pool is very nice

all the activity areas are in one place like the spa, gym, kids activity center, bar and restaurant and by the

food, staff, wifi, transfers, pools all fantastic & excellent!

always love staying at the insular, with the lovely resort style setting, pool, restaurant meals, and close

the staff assigned to the vinta bar and la parilla from january 10–12 were exceptionally helpful, friendly,

down their noise at midnight as i was trying to sleep and they also accommodated my request for a late check

my only concern was the parking

the rooms would be better if the tv's had netflix etc also as a australian would be nice if the bar had jack

parking garage needs upgraded lighting and signage

they serve delicious meals and a friendly environment for kids

plus their room service took so long i need to wait for how many minutes on the phone just to talk to the in

you have to request for room service but when you do they serve you at once

the studio apartment with small kitchen was perfect for us with two small kids

family of 4 with two kids and we booked an extra bed

excellent stay with our little one. we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast is delicious.

the room and bathroom was good, airco worked well, wifi was very good, also very good pillows, mattress was

a residential area, i can hear noisy neighbors 8) staff did not accommodate us in our room for an early check

like the healthy and complete breakfast and i also like the location

for an early check in, waited until 4:30pm

booked 3 rooms for my family with young kids

having the walkway straight to sm was so good and very convenient when you have kids so you don’t need to go

the kids loved the arcade games, and we even managed to host a small birthday party back at our place

parking area was too far from our cottage

to go down the stairs other than that its ok, but the beach is small and the pool is deep for kids

i entered all the ages of the kids and split the adults with the children in both rooms

stairs were gruelling especially with suitcases and kids there should be a safer way down to the resort no rails

wifi access at the bar not that fast

asked for late check out 3pm but was not told there's 500 pesos charge until check out no drinking water in

no late check out for free !

the hotel staff were very kind to cater our requests (laundry and late check out)

no staff nor any signed told us that there’s a fee for early check in

wifi connection is very good, was able to work without interruption

- staff are friendly, accommodating and responsive to requests - has parking space in front of the hotel -

not really inspiring, little choices wifi not working in the room 2nd floor, you have to sit at the

walking distance to roxas night market and their wifi is the fastest!!!

always bring my work laptop when i travel and this hotel's wifi was so bad, i was not able to open my emails

everything was perfect, clean, staff were polite tye breakfast which was free was the best

the hotel to drive to some of the waterfalls and philippine eagle center, so being central with parking was

no heater very small cr you can hear noise from outside very small parking

parking on site
