wifi connection was inconsistent -downright poor on the first day but somewhat better following

nothing special, the restaurant downstairs was closed and i had been hoping for room service

our room faced parking lot, which was not a problem as we were tired when we got to room

back access to the parking had a lock and was closed.

the only plugs are from a power bar across the room

was very comfortable , the room had nice large deck and patio furniture and very nice lake view, pool was nice and warm

it put a damper to our trip, as our kids were looking forward to the swim

people upstairs were a little too noisy meaning kids running around at 11pm.

old school mom and pop operation. provided early check in and just damn genuinely friendly.

laundry service is nice too

bathroom is a bit small. and a kettle in the kitchen will be more helpful

clean, new renovation was done inside our room with kitchen so all new cabinets and appliances there

was amazing, having a fully equipped kitchen it would of been a bonus to have a patio table on deck to enjoy morning coffee and

we really liked the swimming pool, the others were good as well

spacious, comfy bed, great sofa to lounge on, walk out patio

the kids were jumping in ( said no jumping, diving or rough housing) and playing

early check in and good service

friendly staff. dog friendly. the bar and grill is a great plus.

pitty the bar was closed but they we're getting lots of work done to the place

the staff were great and we had a nice few drinks in the bar below

our stay was awesome. the beds are very firm. my kids love the swimming pool.

even though all i asked for was if there was a microwave available to warm up food for the kids

my wife tells me the gym was minimal. that's all.

the hotel was clean and had a lot of amenities. the kids loved the pool.

bread pudding from room service was hard as a rock on top

i used the pool and fitness room and both were clean and perfect

the rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool is small but nice

on-site gas station and a 1 min walk from the casino

arrived at 2am and asked for a late check out at 12 (which is normal at other choice hotels) but staff were absolutely horrible

great breakfast with a machine that makes 2 hot and fresh pancakes in 1 minute

it was quiet and free breakfast was good.

new laundry facilities are needed badly

one night traveling through, free filtered water (had to ask about it as it was located in the laundry room), appreciated the breakfast option (though this was very basic and to go style with

the laundry room offer just one washer and one dryer.

the room is huge and clean, even has a whole kitchen with stoves, micro oven, bread toaster, and a potud83eudd23 environment is beautiful too

) they provide a few dishes for the kitchenette which was a nice touch but the dishes didn’t look clean: smeared glassware and

we were able to make food in the kitchen and was able to enjoy the spa tub

dirty, furniture falling apart, burn holes in the carpets that haven’t been vacuumed in awhile, kitchen inadequate, fridge filthy, stinking and not working well

disgusting stuff left on the chairs, left over onion and garlic in the kitchen drawer, stepped on something sticky on the rug, no facecloths or tissue, and

very clean room and kitchen was large.
