our room was beautiful, gym was awesome & great location

location is good, just close to harbour city, but a bit inconvenient because the restaurant and gym were on the

staff are good and unless the hotel is full they will always give you a couple of hours late check out

property offers a delightful breakfast, and efficient wifi and the location is superb

gym without a window view, thus the gym is more for a quick workout no more than an hour

traveled with 3 adults, 2 seniors and 2 kids, and so we got 2 adjoining rooms

spacious room and room service did a good job.

never fix the aircon very hot i stayed for a week disappointing and hard to order room service and very old

staff very accommodating and lent us a lighter (for our birthday candle) and mini tool for the kids

we enjoyed lunch in the bar and used the roof top pool / hot tub - even though it was raining

service team were great and provided late check out to accommodate our later flight

spent my christmas eve with two kids in this hotel, the check in queue was terribly long during peak season and

the owner emil was gracious enough and alloed us for an early check in (11 am) and this is much needed bec we

allows: early check in when room is available, if not they will allow you to leave your luggage in their

arrived hotel at noon and we can early check inud83dude0d staff very nice and cute

wifi wasn't particularly fast also only allowed 2 devices and charged for additional

travelled with young kids and parents

you can walk to east tsim sha tsui mtr which is very convenient especially when you travel with kids during

just one suggestion. increase indian menu in breakfast.

they also allow us late check out 2pm since kids were still in zoom lesson

i highly recommend this hotel to all families with kids
