pool was not as expected

the air conditioning barely blew cool air and the only washer and dryer in the laundry room were out of

however no wifi on the fourth floor

no breakfast and hotel gym is closed

very nice lobby nice parking lot

the day we stayed there were a lot of kids running around, but the noise wasn't to bad.

hot tub wasn't working the day of our arrival and the indoor pool was cold

of them advertising a sofa bed being in the room but when we got in, there wasn’t one for my kids to sleep on

the staff was really friendly especially those who worked the bar for breakfast they were very informational

which is something little but traveling with two kids, this is important

i mostly camp out every night, but occasionally, i enjoy a nice shower and do my laundry

they also had laundry facilities, we didn’t need to use them though

for some reason when we booked our room, the confirmation said smoking room (we just left a facility because

rude , they never returned my deposit, weed smoke filled our room constantly and we were in a non smoking room

guests were smoking marijuana on the walkway of second floor

bathroom smelt like smoke in a non smoking room. no tub plug.

covid is going on but a hampton inn 15 minutes away that other family stayed had breakfast and pool open

the hotel parking lot is barely lighted and in a remote area, i was afraid to walk to my car at night

disgusting'when i arrived i had to ask for another room because the room was suppose to be non smoking, however

comfortable bed, they actually have breakfast!

only one spot from the parking lot to the sidewalk to get up from a wheelchair and it was far from our room
