staff, room, pool, and restaurant were excellent

bar was way too small

but they did have a bar and a cozy place to sit and wait

bathroom had only 1 towel bar and no hooks

right next to keystone downtown, staff very nice people quickly attend our needs we'll be back bar was

parking was very tight.

to mt rushmore, shopping with in walking distance, kids inflatable jump house and down hill slide next to motel

the kids could do virtual schooling at a big table at night, bunk bed and sofa were in the same room

there were laundry facilities and vending if needed

the serve a complementary grab and go breakfast, with good quality products

staff was super helpful and they provided a continental breakfast to your room each night

the to-go breakfast selection was also impressive

the first night we had the apartment which was spacious and clean and had a great kitchen area

very well maintained and clean. nice kitchen and and very homey.

the fuzzy robe, spa shower, and rainbow reflections were nice added touches

from spa shower to vibrating bed to outdoor gas fire pit to walking distance to many restaurants and

there are robes & face masks for each, a sound spa machine next to the bed, a stool for the sauna/shower

the spa shower was awesome. also the power bed was a treat.

booked this place because of the pool so the kids could swim

it had just been my husband and myself, it would have been fine, but the hotel knew we had five kids with us because i had to put all that information on the reservation

there was no guest laundry to dry wet clothes

room was spacious and we appreciated the laundry services

the staff was lovely, the beds were very nice, the room was clean. nice laundry area.

spa & pool were good but the spa temp was set to high

full-size kitchen with big fridge was great to have

was not at all expected but it was limited and geared for the kids -- trix yogurt, children's cereal choices, pre-fab waffles and french toast (disappointing),

we got our breakfast to go because we wanted to get going

was great being just outside rapid city, but with a restaurant and bar on site an added extra, i didn't realize this when i booked

and were delighted with the warm welcome from the owners and the convenience of the shipwreck bar and grill, also theirs, next door

and oh my gosh their breakfast

but this was just to much bad stuff and wouldn’t want any other mom traveling alone with her kids to get stuck staying at a place like this

pool was outdoors so out of season.

walls may have been a bit too thin cause we could hear a lot of little kids running down the hall at night… probably returning from the pool and such

there wasn't a change machine in the laundry room & the machines only took quarters

use of lobby toaster allowed, good laundry prices, accomodating

for laundry and a beer and chips everyone was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable

the pool and the hot tub are also very nice

there were only 2 big towels in our room, the water park was so-so

breakfast was short some items, but were extremely busy.

the breakfast and the gym were good.

the pool area is as hot as a sauna but otherwise was very good

in hallway's was stained in lot's of spots and the pool was on the cold side kinda pricey breakfast

really enjoyed the beds they were comfortable and soft. glad we were close to pool.

clean rooms, all modern/renovated, bathroom very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, enough parking space, stayed there

desk was very understanding i couldn't pay the pet fee until the next day

very very clean. quiet which was surprising next to a water park. loved the shampoo.
