maybe not for people with kids as the music plays till really late at night and it's loud.

i don t think hotels really provide that but would be nice since they have a common kitchen space

very limited air con units and kitchen vents are on rooftop

the kitchen facilities comprised of one cup, no cutlery, a wet dirty t-towel and unfilled coffee

plenty of room to park golf clubs while on our golf trip, bathroom was spacious

location staff nice pool and gym great views

excellent location, parking is free and easy to access, bistro food is very good price and quality

americans, we were unfamiliar with the concept of a hotel/bar/gaming facility, but learned it s a typical

couldn t connect with wifi.

the sink of the bathroom is partially blocked. the wifi is not stable.

parking out front

breakfast off at 9am weekdays and 9.30am weekends is a little tough!

everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and luxurious, opted for the spa bath

we enjoyed happy hour in hotel bar area as well

spacious well appointed room with good wifi, good facilities and a very friendly helpful staff

however we were cutting through and walking up north terrace instead of hindley street as kids were scared

location, the decor, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen and how it had so much in it, size of

easy parking , good location and modern fixtures

i also requested for the wifi access online a couple of times but did not get any

the kitchen was well equipped

location, great beds, parking!

wish there is a spa in swimming pool

the food was great and the swimming pool was absolutely stunning!

the bar was small and cute and the drinks/cocktails were amazing

the pool was really busy with kids who had water guns and out of

room service took a long time. over an hour for an ice bucket.

kids limited dining menu

so i'd recommend not putting families with young kids on level 2 if there are functions happening at night on

the pool area and the fact that it is open 24/7

nouveau style, exceptional welcoming service our bags were taken to our room from the car, the gym was great

pool area was fabulous and breakfast delicious

breakfast is a part of package which makes kids happy

how long it took to get room service

there was no restaurant or room service.

would like a bar available.

and breakfast were excellent- the staff couldn t do enough to help us during our stay - very helpful,

whilst i did not use other facilotis like the gym and the pool and spa it was evident that other patrons were

lovely pool,excellent room,very good breakfast

was very clean staff very professional and very friendly beautiful room comfy bed room service was excellent

really enjoyed the happy hour in the bar each afternoon

nice dining area near bar and offered good prices during happy hour

the room was stylish and clean. free wifi is fast and the location is perfect

walls are so thin i could hear kids screaming from the hallway and shower from next door.

clean and complete with amenities such as complimentary breakfast, self-laundry service that is super cheap (

the fact that they offered so many facilities inc gym, laundry, 24/7 coffee and a bar was just so switched on

pool very exposed to the elements mainly the wind. no spa which was very disappointing.

also the hotel wifi drops in and out regularly - not ideal

location very good options for breakfast very helpful staff (i was travelling with kids)

in-room kitchen area very tired. bathroom doors very strange/dated. windows filthy.

the gym was ok

staff didn't explain the included breakfast, wifi or mention the complimentary drink on arrival that i noticed

wifi not the best

noticed you could use the gym when i left you should make this information easyto see as it looked really good

no pool or gym in the same building. the toilet could have been a bit cleaner.

wifi was very slow, possibly due to the large crowd at the oval, although there was little

location close to central market , able to do laundry

a nice heritage vibe, you may be bothered by the night events like live music downstairs in the bar but i saw

shame that no wifi

beautiful verandahs, excellent bar and dinner menu

noticed it had a bar fridge , which was handy to store drinks in

we, well, especially the kids, liked the room's deco and believe it or not the kids loved most about the bathroom

we weren't happy with house keeping though, we were there 5 nights and my kids room their beds weren't made 2

would have liked an option in room service for the boring budget beef or chicken burger or club sandwich with

the pool was heated and the gym was a good size

but possibly a room service food option that is a little more middle ground (not cheap, but not french-fancy)

pool spa in the sauna is amazing

we also got room service from the restaurant and it was 10/10

wifi dropped out frequently

the gym was lacking in equipment.

the gym equipped and pool very nice, sauna could have been hotter

seemingly unlimited wifi

much in the way of cutlery or china, noisy streets, very dated building (main room, bathroom and kitchen

very basic facilities (kitchen, fridge, kettle, no cuttlery or plates/bowls)

my mate and i didn't really have enough towels and i had no idea there is a coin operated laundry in house

got another room that was ok bed big n comfy good shower wifi and air on

the pool & gym were state of the art

directions should be offered when you book pool and pool area wasn t as big as the photos make it

right above the casino, it was fairly loud at night and hard to block out the sound to go to

balcony room overlooking the river and oval, friendly helpful staff, delicious breakfast and luxurious

great gym pool steam room and sauna

gym was great - clean with good equipment

i had room service one evening and the satay was some of the best id ever tried

rooftop pool a great added bonus for a hot day

to reception from room noone answered, had to go down and check withe reception staff to fix the wifi

room service was prompt

room and bathroom were a bit too small for our family with two kids

out of the hotel and you find yourself in gilbert place, look left; you see the famous pancake kitchen, walk

wifi wasn t working on the tv tho, other then that everything else was fine

kids running around in the hall way till very late

very close to pancake kitchen and other eateries. walking distance to venues we wanted.

the hotel bar was awesome

wifi should just be free

our 5 year old son absolutely loved it, and the staff were so great with kids

some complete arrogant, as we arrived at the hotel, we were 3 families traveling together with kids we asked

in took nearly 40 minutes, only one on desk at peak time, event on the night we stayed and kids were running up

good location with a tram stop nearby, nice pool and good room service, friendly staff

lovely pool, well appointed gym

gym and pool

fantastic location , facilities were amazing the gym treadmills and stepper are horrible a real let down

every thing was exceptional staff meals restaurant food room service cleanliness

pool was cleaned in the morning and could not swim in it until 10am, which was our check out time

very helpful staff, breakfast included in room cost

a little loud being close to main street, and wifi was a little dodgy

location pool & spa breakfast super friendly staff

firm beds, clean & tidy, convenience of location, free wifi, dinning facilities within motel is good

rather mean free wifi - though this isn't unusual for hotels in aus.

quality furnishings and daily room

indoor heated swimming pool and spa clean - great end to a big day of shopping

space of the apartment, the location was fantastic for what we were visiting

location, big apartment, quiet on a central courtyard with a private laundry, gym, pool etc

didn't have a restaurant for breakfast etc. but there is heaps of options very close by.

breakfast was pre-packaged but that suited us

they advertised a kitchen which was not there at the hotel

we thought we had been shafted as we had no room to sit and relax other than the bed or kitchen chairs in

no kitchen

there is no laundry on site and the closest laundromat was not convenient enough for me

have no problems with the whole place,i liked the idea of a sink in the kitchen and the different types of tea

needed a laundry room and ice trays

room met all my criteria for an excellent stay: quiet (35 db or less overnight), strong wifi (241d/176u), strong

advised of the room/hotel info which was posted on the back of the door until i asked about wifi and was then

very convenient to nth adelaide & city, good parking, nice breakfast, good wifi. comfy bed.

free breakfast

wifi didn't connect

excellent location, comfy beds, freshly pressed sheets, good breakfast, parking

staff, spacious room with ample room for the kids to move about

checking in late and parking were a little complicated (for me), and the staff - in particular michelle - just

down stairs bar closed to early

would like to be able to order room service on a sunday evenin.

great rooms, lovely bar and dining area and the staff were ever so helpful

noise renovations at the moment, started very early. the tv or wifi wasn t working

loved the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and it was in a good location for activities we wanted to

written info in room ,wanted to know if they had room service for first night meal as arrived early evening and

cafes close for breakfast and lunch - rundle mall moments away - nice clean and comfortable room

did not like the unexpected daily charge for wifi use.

location value friendly staff well placed vending machines great laundry

from corridor was quiet noticable, wifi a bit slow but we werent fussed as didnt really need

wifi was not great

guests are permitted to use the pool at the chiffley hotel just steps away

have been better to have 2 single beds in adjoining rooms for kids than in lieu of a double bed

take a room deposit when there is no in room bar - some mini bar would be nice and make money

kids' room looks a bit like a cell

school kids taking up all the car parks during the day

room as requested, value of motel was brilliant, ease to tram, great location , i loved using pool at chively

proximity to trams, use of hotel alba pool

the wifi would not connet

you would get a better value room anywhere near the city that is as clean and comfortable and parking at the

motel was fully booked while we were there so at times the wifi was unusable

location room size laundry

good laundry facilities

parking is a tad tight

but the entrance to the accommodation is off a side door so you dont have to walk throught the bar if you are

and a 5min walk to the train to the city (less that 20mins to the cbd) - friendly staff - nice bar and food -

some street noise i found the parking very weird as you park behind the bottle shop and bar/hotel but have to

help yourself to whilst waiting to check in, free sweets in the room and drink vouchers for the bar

with plenty of free parking

gym should have more weighs and water plus tv

room service was awesome!! rooms comfortable!!

clean, great service, incredibly comfy beds, lots of extras like games room, business centre, laundry, and loved

the wifi is bad,i could not get an reception in the 8th floor.

the pool and spa sauna were amazing highlight of our stay once reno s are complete on roof area this

extra comfy bed.. super friendly staff. loved the spa and pool

room service meal on saturday night was a little cold, but very tasty

wifi didn't work too well

one guest a few doors down still used the laundry dryers after 1am even though it was required that 10pm was

the wifi did not work in our room.

was ok, however it would be great if your motel provide cutlery and plates specially if any kids travelling with

only downside was the value for money regarding room service

lobby, luna bar and noomi was all in exceptional condition

someone else's laundry delivered to my room

pool, and gym, and location is great!

is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, while the facilities, including a refreshing pool and reliable

no options for kids, so we had to make do

wifi not stable.

the bed and room service

of laundry - could hear the dryers all night from 2am to when i left at 7am

thing was due to covid no room service but didn t matter as there is uber eats and restaurants close

tv remote only stairs to access rooms ( was not told this on booking and found out on arrival) no room service

but security okay, adequate wifi speed, nice restaurant downstairs with good menu variety - at dinner then

loud sports bar on the lower level

had free wifi, tv and many channels

30pm after a long hot day in the car with kids and the customer service was not welcoming and very matter of

proximity to cbd. nice tv and foxtel/netflix. free wifi

breakfast was well priced and the facilities for self catering and laundry were just a great

breakfast

expected breakfast to be at the hotel not a two block walk in the rain

the fact that there was a kitchen and laundry.

bike hire, free laundry, cute balcony, fun arty room

we liked the guest balcony on level 2 and the free laundry facilities in the basement

no wifi

facilities in room but hotel is located close to several restaurangs and cafes, some even offer room service

complimentary guest laundry a huge bonus

didnt realise info on wifi was available on tv info channel until we were about to leave

wifi was spotty

that there was a resturant down stairs lots of parking. neat and tidy.

clean but the odour wafting up from the kitchen ovens of deep friers meant the windows had to be closed which

fast wifi and good aircon

smart tvs and wifi to use free of charge

loved the inclusion of the gym and pool and outdoor area on the ground floor

the staff were lovely and helpful and room service was great

free wifi for 24 hrs only

mini bar expensive . room service menu could have more variety.

mornings were noisy from road cleaners, laundry trucks, deliveries and air blowers

didn't know about wifi and location is a little out - but minor issues

dryer in laundry broken

perfect position for our needs, also locked up car parking spaces that was a bonus

your room key card is used to access the secure parking after hours

parking was excellent. it was on-site and easily accessible.

the gym had no electricity/heating and no one was able to fix it

i didn't use wifi. i could not check in early.

wifi was a little patchy

bit old style but that s not really a problem gym lacks facilities, though the presence of the cable machine

some gym equipment locked away with no access

from the gym was quite invasive, otherwise happy to recommend and will stay again when next in adelaide

there is a modest gym at the top as well

and the only issue i m really conscious of is asking not to be housed on 2nd floor below the gym, particularly

the pool was freezing but still fun.

just comfortable and had everything we needed! we enjoyed the pool!!

just little things like blind and parking a tight squeeze.

very comfortable cabin, clean, well equipped kitchen, nice linen - recommend!

parking is right at your door & everything you could need is

location and ease of parking

good parking

nice bar and restaurant with good food, friendly and quick service

central great parking

wifi didnt work, and if you want to be served in the restaurant ensure that there are no other

the spa was closed

the pool was very cold. would be great if it was heated

good laundry facilities

liked your two bedroom apartment with two ensuite in the kitchen and lounge room separating them to privacy if

cold pool no spa

excellent service, great parking, great rooms, shops walking distance, has a sports bar

hotel is cozy, close to the city, has ample parking and good choice of restaurants nearby

we had to go through the bar for entry exit

of property -the opening hours -camera coverage of carpark -gaming area and bar

great parking and locationnothing

wifi connection & speed.

pub food for room service

room, great sevice, dining room , bar food and service above and beyond

their deluxe room is particularly indulgent with a nice big spa bath

wifi didn t work

wifi was a little slow.

beautiful facilities, lovely swimming pool area

just the pool that was not heated to swim on in winter. but we were not fuss about it.

also the marion_guest wifi dropped out as soon as we entered the unit

laundry is a plus (but not free) close from the city center, there is a bus stop at 50m that drops

was not happy with the wifi questions, too much personal information online

parking was convenient

friendly check in, nice clean rooms with bar fridge and coffee and snacks on arrival

bathroom parking

pool was closed due to covid-19 and the laundry was under maintenance was not told of either untill i had askes

laundry was not

the towels had the smell of laundry that were put away while still damp.

the facilities were great. microwave and kitchen stuff was good.

extra charges for parking and pet.

two bedrooms were good for the kids, and i really enjoyed the ceiling fans in the bedrooms

it would be good if the balcony door had a lock, as it's easy for kids to climb the railing

having a kitchen and washing machine was exactly what we needed after travelling

week when you are staying more than a few days microwave in the room would be a great addition no laundry
