the friendly staff, how clean it was, and my son loved the pool

there were warnings in elevator about kids and hall noise, but there were multiple instances of children running

noisy parking lot!

the breakfast had lots of choices and was well stocked, even at the end of breakfast time

other guests with kids were running up and down the causeway on our floor and above

smelt like a old gym sock someone left the a/c off

noise from the road outside, no laundry facilities.

off the highway, super comfy beds, easy check in, accommodated our late check out request easily, overall great

never had cash at the desk. needed change for laundry and for snacks.

indoor pool would have been nice too

enriqueta and the rest of the kitchen staff were always making sure guests had fresh food, fruits and coffee

and not a big deal for most, but the guest laundry dryer did not work well

no enternet. the wifi was awful. the cleaning of the place was awful.

had no lotion, could have had shampoo and condition not the all in one and the parking lot was a bit tight

everything could be heard from adjoining rooms and hallway and parking lot

says breakfast if microwave muffins are breakfast found used soap in shower

my favorite part was sitting by the fire in the library bar in the lobby

awful experience , no sheets on bed, couldn t eat anywhere, ended up having to do room service because

property, many things were closed including the gym, spa, and they had limited hours for the only restaurant to
