friendly nice loved the pool and hot tub

gym was out of commission

the wifi password did not work and i was too tired to try and figure it out.

the parking lot was visibly icy so we wanted to park as close to the front entrance as possible

location and parking were good

did not get routine room service with extended stay. no poop bags in pet area.

no water pressure, toilet to low, needed a privacy wall for jacuzzi tub, pool party of 12 kids, so we couldn

typical hotel breakfast and the pool and hot tub needed a water change

beautifully for christmas during our stay staff: very knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly breakfast: full

parking lots was well lit, staff was very friendly

fridge and microwave, laundry facility onsite, and included large hot breakfast

the pillow had a plastic bag over it, the mattress was like laying on metal bars

parking lot a little sketchy but was ultimately fine.

pet friendly but must walk a block through an alley to get to grassy area at park to walk dog

the location, and they let us have a late check out
