the indoor pool was beautiful but not heated. it was too cold to enjoy.

the only complaint i have is that i wish the parking lot was a little larger.

room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast bar was awesome

a wonderful hotel if you are traveling with a pet

the lobby bar had a jazz trio, one evening, playing 40's style jazzy swing

having access rooftop bar was just what was needed in times like this

door men barely looked up to say hello led alone open door or assist you with bags

the phone representative lack of help when the process didn’t work, such as assisting in an early check in,

our kids loved the pool, and i loved having the laundry room for running a load through

gym was great and served its purpose

evening drinks and snacks were excellent for adults and kids

didn't get hot water found an advil pill under table where kids were at that we didn't bring

had to climb two sets of stairs to get to the gym

thought tip was included in room service as it says tip 20% & i paid 30$ for a pizza sent my mom while i was in

the property looks pretty but not many amenities for a westin hotel there is no pool and no gym.
