the room was clean and tidy. bar and eating areas are good.

bar food is really good with a reasonably varied selection available on the menu along with a

mrs put her phone on charge in the morning in the bar area and a member of staff got funny with her which was not needed as she was not doing

the food, both dinner and breakfast was very, very good with a really nice atmosphere in the bar area

we both woke up with bad back tv was tiny - like a caravan one but it worked tried to ring for room service few times but no answer wasn t sure if that was due to lockdown no bath in the room

rooms close to stairs are not a good idea as kids and noisy people coming up and down.

i couldnt get a snowball at the bar but apart from that great

staff, room, area and breakfast. free car park and wifi.

got there we were really tired from a long drive and were really happy to see that they offered room service

the fact that dogs are accepted into the bar only does not help people travelling with their pet who need to take it into their room

just as the kitchen closed (9pm on the friday night) but was still served a lovely meal and full breakfast early-on on saturday morning

spotlessly clean,tracy and all her staff were accommodating nothing was too much trouble,meals/breakfast all freshly cooked and delicious
