beach, the pool was outside our door, the hotel although older is well maintained our room had a kitchen great place to stay if your on a budget and want to be close to the water

beach, some of the staff and the 24 hour lobby store, free breakfast and the breakfast staff was great

access to the broadwalk, beach, pool. like the room amenities and cleanliness.

the breakfast was a little weak even for a continental but it served its purpose.
