need improve wifi, wifi is unstable for using. however it is fine

no lights in the parking

wifi was patchy

there was no wifi, no hot water, no swimming pool ( we were told that was their neighbor's)

wifi is very bad. wc is not good

small swimming pool difficult to access. no ice

they also have a laundry service and are very helpful if you have any questions i asked to extend stay and they

mini fridge is nice touch and strong wifi was a plus

room at roadside is noisy, pool side acceptable

hotel to stay, great service, nice breakfast and quiet location to relax

the breakfast is okay, better to order in-room dining for more options

breakfast buffet had a lot of options

hotel is top notch and perfect, luxurious , comfortable with an amazing breakfast

the rooftop bar was quite comfortable.

helpful staff. a spacious room with separate kitchen and bathroom.

hotel may want to apply more insect control measures as i saw a cockroach running from the kitchen to the bathroom

wifi was also good

my room was huge and there was a full kitchen

serviced daily, ac & fan, excellent wifi, fridge & kettle-was very comfortable here for 4 nights

swimming pool is very small, suitable for kids and when i sat next to the pool, i got wet from water splashes

if someone brings his kids you might hear some noise during the day

30pm and found that the bar area was closed off and the restaurant had the lights turned off

great location. lovely pool. lovely rooms

very helpful staff, and a great breakfast/dinner

picture the scene; you then need to pay immediately, if ordering room service / after dining at the restaurant

laundry: my pant was stained, but they did not clean it

gym and pool

the amenities were great, the pool, gym and spa were very clean and staff was available for anything that might

the breakfast was perfect

gym, sauna, cold pool, good restaurant and bar we didn't want to

re paying for premium service, which included some perks like the lounge and breakfast, hair spa etc but

just to many kids in pool and bar area making to much noise

the room, pool, gym are all top notch and i will stay here when i visit hai phong

the bar shut very early in the evening.
