comfortable rooms - accommodating staff - great view of mayon from the window and terrace - great wifi and fast

as soon as we pulled into the parking we could see the owner rolling her eyes then she went upstairs to check

it was relaxing and we felt safe especially we have a car, parking is free

also, it was also very tight parking the car but glad we had parking

the aircon is not very strong and there is not much space for parking.

lastly, wifi was reliable

fast and reliable wifi connection

complete amenities. wifi was reliable, had other amenities we would like. felt like home.

clean rooms, wifi is available, cute front yard, breakfast is available, good view of the city

wifi is super fast

had to go up and down just to get the wifi password which they forgot to give me

complimentary breakfast is good

plated breakfast that i had to avail off on the ground floor after they promised that i can have roomin

they indicated there was parking but we were paring parallel to the road in-front of the cafe cause there was

in travelling: clean linens and towels clean comfort room accessible to transpo wifi this place

wifi is just fine though it fluctuates from time to time

no hot water, hotel ran out of bath soap, weak wifi.

wifi is not that strong but this can be easily improved by installing additional wifi mesh

was advertised that the room i booked includes a large bed, amenity kits, bottled water, and with wifi access

though their wifi is not that strong and aircon is quite old, so hindi masyadong malamig

wifi is relatively reliable

and one could turn it on but it does not work, meaning, no cable and no signal for both air and wifi

wifi is better outside

hotel, complimentary breakfast was amazing and every single one of the staff were friendly and professional

they also have good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner

parking was kinda small

facilities are well comparable to 5 star hotel, fast wifi to all hotel area, tv has many local and international

street can be heard until late evening and morning because its along a major/busy city street; parking is too

hotel but wifi is slow and globe signal is bad in the area

laundry is crazy expensive, i wouldn't pay half that in usa, take it to local laundry your self and

they have a pool and gym and they also offer scheduled airport shuttles

slow wifi inside the room and keeps on disconnecting.

normally base my reviews through my kids experience

wifi wasnt free - cr door could not be closed from the outside - no desk for working - light

mahina ang wifi, di abot sa room ko, lumalabas pa ako pa lang maka connect

first it's affordable, second i like our room good for three with smart tv, wifi, free coffee, and aircon rooms

naman po, kaso yung tv hindi po maka-connect sa wifi

time staying here, tip to travellers is stay in ground floor near reception for faster wifi connection

worth it ang stay, malakas ang wifi nakapag work kame during our entire stay.

wifi connection is really slow

our room can totally fit only 2 adults and the rate was budget-friendly

unli wifi and clean room

shower, cr, bed, strong wifi's, aircon, electric fan, outlets, no noise

wifi signal doesn't exist in the room, even a mobile data from any sim provider

the tv had a weak signal with limited channels, though the wifi was strong and reliable

great location though, spacious room and bed, tv and wifi work

their location is good and walking distance to pacific mall, ayala, yashano, and sm, they have parking space

wifi is working well, free water provided

i was expecting a kitchen but probably for hygienic concerns

the faucet in the kitchen is hard to open and hard to close

wifi sucks, breakfast is minimal

it's hard to find a hotel at this price with a nice buffet, swimming pool, bar and massage.

needs improvement, it's clean but would be perfect if there's more plants or amenities like a bar

hope the weak and intermitent wifi signal in the room can be improved

i appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly

relaxation at its best with natureud83dudc4crooms are big & breakfast for two is included, the property is

staff prepared breakfast and even cooked a few menu items to accommodate our whim
