main things, because the room was on the third floor the wifi wasn't available, even thou was included and the sliding door was too difficult to open

they helped wash laundry and the breakfast was wonderful (at a slight extra cost) (+) they did my laundry for free and did not give me any hard time when i had to cancel the last night (+) they also took care of our laundry and fed us the most amazing breakfast every morning (+) they also washed, dried, and folded our laundry in 2 hours for $10 (+) the staff members were very helpful and helped with laundry (+)welcome us after a long day of travel with bottles of water and assistance to our rooms, did our laundry for a small fee, and offered a first class full service breakfast on their beautiful patio (+) laundry service ($8 per load) was efficient (+) the laundry service was perfect (+) very fair price for laundry too
