location & the pool

pool/gym area not cleaned in a while.

we had a great room, a comfortable bed, and a wonderful breakfast

very clean and spacious room. amenities and breakfast were amazing.

sad they didn't get swim ice machines were broken you had go down to lobby to get ice from staff laundry room was outta

stay in essex a few only because of the early check in but the room is always very dirty from the sheets to the towels and the bathroom

that in the room you have a microwave and small fridge that really help us with our two small kids

breakfast is really lame

the size of the rooms, the pool and spa we're great!

bed is super comfy, room was latge enough for my kids to play their toys in, awesome staff

pool area clean and well maintained

there's a laundry and snack area on the 1st floor by reception

nice swimming pool too

i did like that they had a laundry room

the staff were efficient and welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful

certain hallways smelt like smoke, doesn’t bother me but with kids was not there favorite

have a better selection, i didn't care for muffins, i would prefer bagels or english muffins, but kids loved waffles and that's good enough for me

gym could be improved, probably by adding at least a cable and smith machine

the pool was so clean and amazing my kids enjoyed the pool

didn't like that so many kids where in the pool

wife and i met at 7 years ago so we were so excited to stay here for the first time and show our kids

that the spa wasn't open every day, but that was due to covid.

my wife and i took the kids to stay for new year’s eve, and then we went to the new year’s day

both pool areas were clean and spacious, the outdoor pool had lots of seating including a few well

food options for kids a little expensive.

breakfast bar was good quality but costly

nice interior, fairly spacious room, good pool area, and good breakfast

it was winter so we couldn't use the pool, but the pool area looked clean and inviting

the hotel also had a decent gym

wad s group of young teens running around in and out of the restaurant and pool area they broke furniture and ran through the halls bathroom had mold

weekend trip to golf

i loved having a self-serve coffee bar right outside my bedroom door in the morning, too

after we checked in, went down to visit the golf shop and had a drink in the lounge before going to dinner

the dine-in bar and restaurant has decent selection of food and drinks too

it is tucked away in a lovely golf course setting

laundry room closed. the vending area was crazy expensive.

weren’t working, the exterior door was broken, the towels were something from 7th grade gym class, and there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom

the bed, handprints in the headboard (ew), and didn't honor the website we booked on, charging a pet fee of $25

most of the laundry machines were broke they need new ones.

no indoor pool/hot tub

breakfast, beds, and spacious parking, very convenient for travelers on the trucks

parking lot was not that great, had a hard time parking with a truck and trailer

i didn t eat breakfast. but thank you anyway.

breakfast was lacking fruit, eggs, should have been better

the outside landscaping/parking lot brought the feel of the hotel down.

we barely slept in two days due to a group of around 20 kids using the hotel as a playground until late night while the staff didn’t do anything to stop

more sunbeds by the pool needed. no bar for an evening drink.

rooms, they came and knocked on the door, or called like 5-7 times before even the late check out laundry room was closed t-e whole month we were there

gym equipment was not functioning correctly, no towels, no water, the cable machine was missing

amenities in room microwave, fridge, kitchenette sink

lady who was complaining because the a/c was not working in the lobby as she folding her personal laundry

very loud all night, room adjacent to laundry

no microwave, no place to sit and relax, no indoor pool

my stay here was ok even though there is no pool and the rooms are hot

there was no pool available. we did not check in. the hotel waived cancellation fees...

pool was closed. shower pressure was low.

the breakfast is nice and the gym too.

the breakfast area was well laid out, food items kept well stocked, and counters clean

there was no breakfast. but it is quiet and very clean and they are so helpful

i enjoyed the fitness part of the gym.

the kitchen was really nice

bath and shower were large, warm, and accommodating, the little eating room was quaint, and the kitchen was well stocked

room was spacious and beautiful; the kitchen was a bonus

my room was cute and clean and had a full kitchen
