good television worked fine quiet area beds/pillows are pretty good, not too bad we stayed in a smoking room

wifi was a bit weak

we were placed in the second building far from the main building and the wifi signal kept dropping

grounds were dirty and not well kept. wifi was quite weak.

i asked for a high floor but was on ground floor by the pool

she made me feel secure traveling with 3 kids and staying at a motel, i typically stay at a hotel so i was a

stars all the way but 9 is to early to stop breakfast we stay out late we are on vacation pool closing at 9

wish the pool was open a little later but understand why it was not

we only grabbed bananas so i couldn't answer anything else about the breakfast.

pet area wasn t mowed great so made it difficult to walk the dog over there

we have 4 kids and travel a lot and have come across staff that we can tell do not like having the kids there

front desk, 3rd floor room attendants, kitchen staff and managers went above and beyond hospitality expectations

the size of the hotel, and the amount of occupancies there, the parking lot needs more spaces to park near the
