smoking rooms

at front desk was a clown i had reservations with my wife and pet we drove 6 and 1/2 hours from upstate new york

lied about being pet friendly, turned me away at midnight with a drunk man in the parking lot repeatedly asking

early check in

was only able to book a smoking room and everything just smelled of smoke

plus no wifi and the tv stays in 1 channel plus it doesn't turn off

it was easy to get to, and there was plenty of parking

in and out of the hotel parking was a little difficult necessitating a right turn only even if you wanted to go

the pool had some rowdy kids in one day that prevented us from going in.

we only stayed one night, so not sure about other parts of the facility - pool or gym or even the food

for travelers who intend to drive into the philadelphia city for a day trip, there are parking garages available

i asked one of the cleaning ladies for some room service a couple days before i was leaving just to have it

smelled like cigarettes and bo, the towels were dirty, there were random people sitting in the parking lot and

i don t how that hotel is open very dirty and nasty room service disrespectful open the door any time and try

wifi out every 3 minutes, no hot water, i could not shower

there were people in parking lot selling drugs and someone approached my wife and asked her if she was a working

would have been nice to have shuttle service to the sports venues.

the staff is nice, the gym is good sized and there are nice areas to walk around in the navy

we also had to ask to make the bed for the kids cause it wasn't ready even if we booked a room for four

location is very good, off from hwy and the big parking lot

(maintenance) there is no washroom for laundry and i have kids whom may need clothes washed but can t get it

only thing i can say i liked was the parking availability.

suite was charming,quiet,the kitchen had all the amenities,bed was firm and comfortable as i like

when my husband, kids, and i first walked in, we were pleasantly overwhelmed with a fresh clean scent in the

listed shuttle var - got there,no van

in the evening and we were able to stay working in the business center until the complimentary shuttle took us

when you travel with family and use the kitchen all want to eat at same time

the room has a ships ladder to the 2nd bed, a huge chandelier, a small little kitchen area & a cozy yellow

wifi shared bath which i was not expecting when the cost of the room for one night was over $160

almost like a private room in our cityview room, there were 2 rooms on our floor that shared a kitchen and

had a whole kitchen in our room

a way to know that the shared bathroom/kitchenette space was occupied
