the breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating with doing me a poached egg

nothing the hotel was perfect in every way the breakfast was excellent

ample car parking and the food and bar are so handy

with plenty of space for them to play, a sofa in the room in front of large screen tv plus free wifi, netflix

also there is free wifi and parking

after a near 450km 5hr drive, we arrived to a well stocked kitchen and all the facilities we needed

was so clean, from the room to the kitchen, to the bathroom

breakfast starts at 8 am but i need to be leaving then so again no problem no fuss or drama just

our room was perfect for our family, with a king-size bed and a bunk bed the kids absolutely loved

the food was exceptional and he kiddies breakfast corner was a new one for me and a brilliant idea

the spa was also wonderful with such a lovely lady working there, debbie

so close to the city centre where parking is not available to many hotels

the gym was staffed and had equipment that one would like to see when traveling

food and staff were excellent. the best kids menu i have ever seen and the setting is lovely.

the facilities and the views from the hotel, restaurant and glasshouse bar were stunning

i also went to the spa they have, and had the best massage/facial of my life

wish they had a couple of more items in the kitchen, such as a vegetable peeler and a flat spatula

running the desk and bar was very friendly, i was able to secure the room last minute on booking

the kids had the pull out sofa to sleep on and i lay in it and found it extremely uncomfortable, could

ordered room service and got the most disgusting pizza i could imagine

we got an early check in and wee delighted with the room

she helped my dad who was travelling on his own and arranged early check in

the building is fine. nothing special. good that there’s a laundry.

it’s clean, you got a mutual kitchen with all needed équipment, a game room and a laundry

it's the perfect medium between a hostel and hotel- feels like a hotel room, but has cooking and laundry facilities

we didn’t need to do any washing although there is a laundry on place

infinity pool was the icing on the cake

center was excellent - although like the others on my trip, the swimming pool was designed for a spa experience and is used primarily for lap swimming and water fitness

all staff were friendly and extremely helpful from front desk , house keeping , room service, they seem to run a great team and they added to my great stay

check in, breakfast, room service, executive level amenities, location and check out - everything was great
