were a couple of small maintenance issues - kitchen blind were hard to raise and lower, upstairs bedroom blinds had broken slats

location was great, two blocks from the beach and golf course

perfect location for beach access, walks around town, walk to mcmenamins at golf course, etc

the view of golf course while having breakfast was fabulous

restaurant and bar were great as well

very convenient to have the restaurant and bar located in the facility

covid restrictions in the restaurant and bar are a bit of a pain, but also, outside of their control

kept opening during the night, not all the way but enough to make it feel a little unsafe with kids in the room

shower was a big deal 10/10 love it and mini kitchen made it easy for the kids, being able cook for them

we were sick so we did not check out the pool, but we did walk short distance to play in the ocean and collect some sand dollars

our kids are big now but for those with younger kids there is an outdoor play area, which makes it nice

with us and we didn't even know, but there was a great play structure, slides and seasons for kids

fire pits, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, children’s play set, large one bedroom suite, kitchen, open pool, river view, clean room and facilities, friendly staff

we could hear screaming kids down the hallway in a different room

we also found a nice selection of food items for breakfast and were able to view the river as we ate

two bedrooms one for kids one for us and as perfect.

they had kids, and some kid steps were loud

loved the loft area for the kids in the room, my daughter especially loved it she is autistic so the nook the bed is in made

we were able to do an early check in, which really elevated our stay as we had been traveling for a while

morning drive to another property for a breakfast— which wasn’t too bad if you don’t have kids to wake them up:) had to keep shades half to full closed on the first floor due to the windows

we had a great trip and would stay there again, perhaps in a bigger condo when our kids are older

touches they made to make our stay extra special- cookies, taffy, sand buckets & shovel for the kids, and the personal phone call confirming our booking

i would highly recommend i really valued that they were willing to wave the pet fee for some donated can-drive - love that

they even have their own shuttle that took us to mo's

although the spa tub upstairs wasn't too annoying it was pretty loud

breakfast, would like to see a little more variety, such as a waffle station, my kids look forward

the hot breakfast was alos very good

check in, affordable, great location with parking for a boat, bus, rv or trailer

location was good. beds were comfortable. the laundry was reasonably priced.

i ended up using bath towels and laundry to supplement my crappy pillow

map in the information binder said there was a pool and laundry, but there wasn't any

the only thing i didn't care for was the smell laundry smell of bleach on the bed linens.
